Upon pick up I noticed dirt in the paint on the fender. I'm wasting more time arranging times to pick up and drop off not including the time it takes for them to "fix" it. They offer lifetime warranty that you will need for sure! The manager has done everything in his power to help me with this matter but it still isn't correct. I purchased my Silverado 6 months ago brand new so I do not expect a low quality paint job because I didn't purchase it that way. Maybe they need better paint booths because this is exhausting. During that time, I made numerous attempts to resolve the issue through Tesla personnel, only to receive inconsistent information and repeated assurances that were not followed by action. Most recently, I was told the paperwork would be sent overnight, yet the UPS tracking information showed it was not even tendered to UPS until several days later. No customer who pays for a vehicle in full should spend months trying to obtain the documents necessary to legally title and register it. This has required countless emails, phone calls, and now formal demand letters and preparation of regulatory complaints simply to obtain what should have been provided as part of the sale. The issue is not a single mistake--it's the lack of urgency, poor communication, and failure to follow through. I hope Tesla addresses these process failures so other customers do not experience the same unnecessary delays and frustration.

I was not pleased at all, but I'm putting my vehicle now in the hands of these mechanics on York Road. I'm not sure if my car is going to be a complete total yet because I'm in the hospital and I'm hoping to be up there Monday to do paperwork, but let's just pray that my vehicle is fixable and they do a great job and a fast job because my insurance only pays for my rental for so long. It took me days to even get my rental, which took me out of work and really hurt my pocket. I work 40 minutes away from my house so I am really counting on this.
