I haven't been here in some time and it's obvious that someone finally upgraded the place. New entry doors are a huge help and almost all the machines have been replaced with new Speed Queens. My only draw back is that it's horribly expensive. It cost me almost $50 to wash 4 comforters and a few smaller loads of bedding. New paint on the walls was way overdue but hey it's a coin laundry so u get what u get u expect I guess. It just seemed pricy to me is all. read more

First time using their wash & fold service. My clothes was completed at the time that I was given. The attendant was very nice and friendly.

Terrible customer service machines suck this place is a hole in the wall. Last wash is at 7 which is bs, they don't close until 9 what a bunch of lazy people. read more

Okay first off yes I have a washer and dryer but sometimes I wash bigger blankets aka the beast at a laundry because it's easier. This place is exactly what you expect in a laundry. It has lots of washers and dyers of various sizes. Also they have a laundry service so you can drop off laundry and pick it up once done. I have been here a few times and have always been greeted and never had an issue. If you need laundry done come here, everyone's doing it. read more

There's this old white man with glasses here, Idk if he's new working here but he is rude! He started calling the police for ppl who parked on one of the 4 parking space that is reserved for those using the laundry matt. & told the cop MY car was one of them, when I JUST parked my car not on the reserved parking. motherf*cker, ruined my day. read more

I normally come here to drop off my laundry and they are good on next day service on having them cleaned and folded. I enjoy knowing all my socks and clothes are separated and not mashed in big bundle and if it's a nice shirt or pants they have them hung to dry Can't complain. This place is super hard to find, finally called at 7:23 pm to find out exactly where they are located. The lady that picked up the phone asked if we were picking up clothes, I told her I just wanted to come wash 1 load of clothes, her response "sorry it's too late, last wash was at 7 pm." I told her that online it says they don't close until 9:00pm, she then says well by the time your clothes gets done it will be 8:30 pm, I seriously almost laughed and just said thank you. Bummer that our hotel didn't have a laundromat, but they did send us to the same hotel chain across the street. Lol read more

I never use this laundry mat for the machines so I can't say if it's expensive but I always use their wash and fold service when I'm short on time during the week but I really need my laundry done. They have it ready for me when I need it. Even if it's same day, especially if the owners are there. They are very pleasant. I think the service is reasonably priced. Those that are complaining about the price are probably very cheap. I think it's around $1 per pound of clothes for wash and fold. This sounds reasonable to me considering at home It'd cost me detergent, softener, electricity, and my time. I'd highly recommend this place to those on a time crunch with laundry at the bottom of their to-do list read more

They have updated the interior somewhat since my earlier review, but overall I would lower my rating from my first review. The new paint on the walls is not enough to make up for the constant machines being out of order; the a/c not being used when it is very uncomfortable inside; and the latest "rule" change that no longer allows customers to roll the carts out to their cars to load or unload your baskets... Owner is not very customer friendly.... Will be looking elsewhere in the future. read more

Definitely overpriced. Their prices are at the top end of any coin op I've ever used, for small washers in a dingy little store. And the lady running the store hovered around me, moved my stuff without asking and took the washer I told her I needed. All in all - not the best experience. read more

I used this business a few weeks ago and although the facility is older, it was suprisingly clean. The attendant rarely looked up from his laptop but when asked for items to purchase he responded. I had to leave briefly to feed my grandchildren and returned just a few minutes after my wash would have been done. The facility was fairly busy but did have several washers available when I returned, and after a several minutes of inspecting the 2 washers I had been using, a woman came up to me and said my stuff had been removed by the attendant as she was in a hurry and needed the washers. I then had to go to the attendant to inquire where my things were. Had he been paying attention to his customers, he would have seen me come in and advised me of where my items were. Poor customer service and no level of concern to my obvious dismay. As a retail manager, being aware of my store and my customers is my first priority. I will not use this business again. read more

Sooo overpriced and hard to get around in. The washers are crammed in one little area, and the place overall seemed dirty. There's a tv at the very back, but like I said, it's so small that I waited in the front of the building where it wasn't so tiny. The good thing is that it's right next to the public library so if you have a library card, you can log in to the wifi and use it without any problem while your clothes wash. read more

Does not even deserve a star I have never been so disrespected. The sign says close at 9 last wash at 7 i come in at 600pm im here every week once or twice a week but never this late. I am going on vacation and wanted my laundry done along with 100 other things, anyway i come in wash my cloths and at 7:00pm i put all my cloths in the dryer and run down the street to a nail appointment. My nail appointment was over in 45min and at 8:00pm i am back and the lady was shutting down all lights yelling at me asking me where i had been. I was confused because i thought i still have an hour according to the sign she says if no one is here i CLOSE rudely i said but i am here and my clothes were still damp an needed 20min she said im sorry im closing u have to go and made me take my damp cloths out and my nail polish went everywhere :( it was horrible i felt like crying to sympathy and 4 dryers still had cloths from other people who would probably come at 830 and be pissed if they were washing something like a work uniform :/ ....please do not give these people your business first time on yelp i feel i should warn everyone because i felt so bad. read more
