Valet cleaners is the absolute best in town! Ravi remembers everyone's name. They are always prompt and alterations on site make everything convenient. We go there for everything from duvet cleaning, wedding dress cleaning, my husbands work attire, and alterations. Took two sets of drapes to be cleaned. They charged me $200 to clean them. The money wasn't the issue, since the drapes were custom-made. The problem is they didn't clean them properly. I spoke with a man (an acting manager) about the area that needed cleaning. He said it could be cleaned, and he had a special chemical. I have no issue paying a premium price for a job well done. They came back to me looking the same as I took them. I spoke with the same man about them not being cleaned; he said they were cleaned. He didn't offer to try to redo them or to refund a portion of the money so that I could take them to a legit dry cleaner. This cleaners used to have a stellar reputation. BE WARNED, NEW OWNERSHIP, AND THEY DO NOT HAVE THE LEVEL OF CARE FOR YOUR ITEMS THAT THE OLD OWNERS DID. They are living off the old owners' excellent reputation. But that only goes so far. Beware. But i will be filing a dispute with Amex for the horrible service in an effort to get a part of my monies refunded. Because they did not clean the drapes as promised. Very affordable and reliable! I needed a comforter cleaned and chose valet mostly due to convenience. They are open well beyond business hours so I'm easily able to swing by after work. The workers were very friendly and proved fast and efficient. My comforter was ready in two days and smelled fresh. They packaged it very nicely as well. While I don't have frequent dry cleaning needs, I will definitely plan to send any items I do have to valet in the future. I cannot believe I have not utilized this dry cleaner before. Located right there on 17-92 next to the Copper Rocket, I dropped in on a whim to get two blazers cleaned. I was greeted warmly, and dropped them off quickly while they entered my information into the system. I was then told they would be ready by 3:00 PM, and stopped back at 3:30 and they were there waiting for me. Overall, fantastic pricing here, friendly staff, and quick service. It had been quite a while since I needed to get anything dry cleaned but recently our puppy had a little accident on our brand new comforter. I wasn't sure where in the area was the best place to go. Valet had good reviews so I gave it a try. To get a king-sized comforter cleaned was only $44. I was expecting more like $60 so that was a pleasant surprise. And they did a great job with it. It's like new. The same guy helped me when I dropped off and picked up. I don't know his name but I assume he may be the owner. He was so friendly and even packed the large comforter in my car for me when I was picking up. I don't need to have things dry cleaned often but whenever I do I'll definitely use Valet. read more

Dropped off one pair of pants to be hemmed on Tuesday. Was told they would be ready for pickup on Thursday. Stopped by late Friday morning to pick up. They couldn't find the pants, called the Manager and he said they would be ready on Saturday-2 days later than I was originally told. My slip even had Thursday circled as the day they would be ready. I asked the clerk to have the Manager call me. I never received a call. Stopped by today, Saturday, at 12:30 pm. Surprise! Not only were pants not ready, they hadn't even begun working on them! Said they would do them right now and asked me to wait! I declined and decided to take my pants elsewhere as I had groceries in my car that would go bad if I waited. Horrible service! 5 days since drop off and 2 days later than I was promised and they still hadn't even started! Don't promise if you cannot deliver! I won't be going back to this shop. read more

I have been doing business at this cleaners for more than 15 years but it has recently changed hands. Things are not the way they used to be. The very reliable and consistent staff is no longer there and a piece of my clothing went missing. Broken button on my shirt and they didn't bring it to my attention. By the way, it was the top button on my button down in which they buttoned prior to returning it to me. Also, they folded my shirt in half and returned it that way. They didn't hang it the proper way utilizing the neck hole. A whole new level of incompetence!!
