After receiving the estimate, I decided to take my car back because I found another body shop that could repair it faster and at a lower cost. To my surprise, they increased my estimate from $10,000 to $15,000 and claimed my car was a total loss for my insurance. When I went to pick up my car, I asked about my missing back door. The staff informed me that it was gone. Thankfully, I was with my brother, who confronted the person responsible for my car. After a tense situation, the manager intervened and allowed us to retrieve my back door. However, I was charged nearly $2,000 just for the estimate. After taking my car to another body shop, I discovered that many items were missing. I urge everyone to be cautious and not to trust this shop. Be careful about signing anything, as they seem to be trying to scam customers.
