I went in for a consultation for breast augmentation and lipo on my abdomen. Dr. Roham was nice and explained the procedures and expectations results. His assistant gave me a quote. I mentioned that I saw Dr. Roham's advertising which convinced me to do a consultation. On the advertisement, in Spanish, there is a small box that translates that there are no hidden costs. I was quoted $800 for anesthesia. When I asked about why I was charge this and unaware there were additional costs, the assistant stated that it only applied to the other two treatments and not towards breast augmentation fees. When I mentioned there was no asterisk of revealing there is an additional anesthesia fee she said that she needed to have a meeting to change it. Nonetheless, I would consider getting my treatment done by Dr. Roham. What makes me hesitant was the pushy and selling pitch his assistant had approached me. So as I type this, I'm torn between whether to do it or not, for fear that there MAY be any additional costs and false advertising. I will update my review in two weeks as I plan on getting cosmetic surgery ASAP. read more

I went to the office of Santa Ana, I hope and in San Clamente has another type of staff Bad experience, I went to a consultation for a breast augmentation, the doctor attended me on time, He didnt explain everything but he was professional, he told me that his assistant would finish examining me, I had already gone with other doctors and I knew how you are the process. When the lady preceded me, She came with an attitude that showed her lack of education. From the first moment she made it clear that if I knew the cost, because it was an expensive procedure, I had doubts about the procedure and she just wanted to know if I had insurance or would be paid in cash, I asked for information about the brand of implants she gave me the name and told me that they use the one I wanted, that they worked with everyone, their attitude was still arrogant, despite the fact that he was responding it seemed that she didnt want to attend to me, the final point was when I chose him by process (referring to schedule the surgery, exams, recovery time, subsequent consultations) and she again said that I had to set aside the date and when I would give a serious preview when the test implants would be tested to see how the result would be. Here I was already angry at her attitude, I told her that I had the money to pay, that what I wanted to see was the type of work that the doctor did, that I would prostrate images, because for me an operation if it is something that makes me Being nervous and I want to feel comfortable and trustworthy, she told me that she wanted to explain me but that she wouldnt let me finish, but i dont want to lisen more so I just thanked her and left. The doctor is good, it shows that he knows how to do his job although I couldnt see him, but his team doesnt and for me if that is the way they treat me when they want to sell you their services, I dont know that some complication or problem will happen . read more

Dr. Ali Roham let me down big-time. His staff did too. Totally unprofessional . Here's what my experience was.....went to great lengths to get all my pre-op tests done in a hurry so as to keep the surgery date I had scheduled. I had 3 weeks off from work in which to get a breast reduction & heal before going back to work. It's something I've been wanting and needing for years! It's caused me neck & back issues. Anyway, When I arrived for my pre-op appt, the doors were locked & the office was dark and it was only 2:00 pm! It was a Friday. How could they not be there??? Pissed off and betrayed, I said I'd come back for my super-important pre-op the next day. He would not see me the next day bc it was a Sat & he "doesnt do Saturdays". So my surgery plans were ruined and all my hard work getting an EKG, a blood test, a mammogram & a CT scan for the surgery were all for nothing. Thanks for FLAKING OUT "doctor" Ali Roham. If anyone reads this review and is considering this business for a procedure, seriously think twice. There are many other plastic surgeons in OC. Also check the past history on Dr. Tim Roham as I found a nightmare liposuction incident in his past with a poor unsuspecting lady who now is no longer with us. Enough said. Check backgrounds !
