About a year and a half ago, they recommended replacing part of my front suspension (I believe the struts). When I picked up my truck, it had a loud clunking noise over every bump. I took it back, and the owner rode with me, heard the noise, and had it corrected. After that, the clunking was gone. A short time later, I started hearing a metallic clanking from the left rear of the truck. When I looked underneath, I found a hammer lodged near the rear axle housing that had been left behind during the repair. I removed it and returned it to the shop. The employee simply thanked me--no apology or acknowledgment that leaving a tool on a customer's vehicle was unacceptable. Then, about two weeks ago, I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. About a week later, I noticed one of my rear wheel center caps was missing. Since the center cap is retained by the lug nuts, it doesn't simply fall off, I am sure they forgot to put it on when they rotated my tires. I called the shop, but they said they weren't aware of forgetting to put on my Toyota center cap, nor do they have one sitting around that may be mine. As a result, I'm shopping on eBay to replace it. Not good..!! I don't know what has changed, but the attention to detail at Alonso's isn't what it used to be. Unfortunately, they've lost my business. I can't recommend them anymore. If you do choose to use them, inspect your vehicle carefully before you leave. I should have done the same instead of driving off after a service and assuming I received the same quality service I'd experienced for so many years.

It has been great so decide to get my 2002 Ford Explorer done here. The explorer was jerky only after a cold start so we tried going with a smaller fix before doing a full rebuild. I was quoted around $1k. It took around 5 days before I got my car back. He gave me a warranty of 2 weeks, full credit towards a rebuild, or after 2 weeks for 6 months, it would be $500 credit. The car was driving fine except during traffic so I had to bring it back in to get the full rebuild. It costed around $3k but I paid $2k since I got the $1k credited back. It has been a week, and the car has been fine since then. I recommend Leeco Transmission as they are very honest and kind. Sam was always friendly and does a good job. I believe they have employees here who speak mandarin or korean if needed. They do not have parking here, you just drive your car in.

I usually try to do some of the DIY maintenance stuff and leave the heavy lifting to the professionals. I had a leak in my evaporator system, somewhere, I replaced everything that I could think of, but I was still getting a 'check engine' light. That's when I decided to call Dave... I mean Riley. She explained the process of performing a diagnostic test and the charge. If any repairs were required and done she would credit me whatever the balance from the difference was. Perfect! Well she and her crew were able find and fix the problem. No more check engine light and the car runs great! If you're in search of a trustworthy mechanic I would recommend this place. Riley was nice and friendly and very professional. She always kept me informed on the status of my car. I know that's what she is supposed to do but not everyone does it.
