Should have checked reviews BEFORE EVER going to this horrible place, but I was referred by my…read morePrimary Care Physician. Do You know a Podiatrist is NOT A Medical Doctor? I learned something new. I went in with a break and 2 months later was told it was worse than when I broke it. At that point I got three second opinions... I was told by all three, that I should have immediately been refereed to an Orthopedic Surgeon. NO!! Dr. Kelly had 'treated' it and what a mistake and disaster that was. I will not go into further details regarding my 'treatment' but suffice to say I ended up with, where I should have originally been sent to... An Orthopedic Doctor. As for Dr. Kelly, personally, he comes across very nice, but has very poor communication skills and DOES NOT LISTEN to what his patients say. He accused me of not following his 'treatment' and claimed that was why the foot was worse. Taking no responsibility that I should have seen an Orthopedic to start with. He finally brought me to tears out of sheer frustration of not listening to me tell him I did everything EXACTLY as he said to do for the two months and being told the foot is worse. Can you imagine? Then he had the disrespect to actually ask me if I was suicidal and suggest I go to a Psychiatrist and get on medication. No, I was not suicidal and do not need medication WTF. I'm Mad and need a working foot!! As for other people who have posted reviews, I 100% Agree... I have Never in my entire life (I'm OLD), encountered such a rude, disrespectful, horrible and downright TERRIBLE human being in the Medical industry, as the Bit*h at the front desk. Do yourself a favor and WALK away, even if you have to crawl on a bloody stump of a foot and do not let these people touch your foot or in to your life.

I'll never recommend this dump to even a bum! What a miserable bit the ch the receptionist is…read moreworthless don't go here you'll end up regretting it. My 70 year old dad is very disgusted and he's a very kind person. Beware!!!!

It is still painful. They also charged $140 for that procedure before discussing the cost and I had already paid the $100 copay. I won't be returning to their office due to lack of communication about cost and side effects.

When my daughter needed a walking boot, I paid the self-pay amount because she needed the device immediately. I repeatedly requested that the office still submit the claim to my insurance carrier, since coverage was available. After several phone calls, the authorization was eventually submitted and my insurance covered more than half of the cost. Instead of receiving a refund for the overpayment, I later received an additional bill. After contacting the billing department, they acknowledged the bill was sent in error and confirmed that a refund was actually due. The most disappointing part occurred later when another one of my daughters was referred to the same practice. When I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told there was a note in my chart stating that the practice was unable to schedule future appointments for my family. Patients should not have to repeatedly advocate for proper insurance processing, correction of billing errors, and refunds that are owed. I am sharing my experience so other families can be aware and keep detailed records of their communications.
