Went to their Chandler location on 4/28. The podiatrist was not friendly and did not discuss the…read moreside effects of the procedure she did.....scraping off area around the callus and put povidone-iodine on the sore the was caused by me using salicylic acid. It is still painful. They also charged $140 for that procedure before discussing the cost and I had already paid the $100 copay. I won't be returning to their office due to lack of communication about cost and side effects.

My experience with this practice was frustrating from both a billing and customer service…read moreperspective. When my daughter needed a walking boot, I paid the self-pay amount because she needed the device immediately. I repeatedly requested that the office still submit the claim to my insurance carrier, since coverage was available. After several phone calls, the authorization was eventually submitted and my insurance covered more than half of the cost. Instead of receiving a refund for the overpayment, I later received an additional bill. After contacting the billing department, they acknowledged the bill was sent in error and confirmed that a refund was actually due. The most disappointing part occurred later when another one of my daughters was referred to the same practice. When I attempted to schedule an appointment, I was told there was a note in my chart stating that the practice was unable to schedule future appointments for my family. Patients should not have to repeatedly advocate for proper insurance processing, correction of billing errors, and refunds that are owed. I am sharing my experience so other families can be aware and keep detailed records of their communications.

Arizona Foot Health - This was the only difference on one pad. They did add this piece of foam. Other than that, it was a regular orthotic insert.

Lol I believe it was a corn. *Correction-not corns but calluses instead* So the doctor delicately dug out the dead skin formed around the point of pressure and it felt so much better. I think he used a scalpel even and it didn't hurt a bit! Fast forward today-the original calluses I had are gone but I have another one forming that hurts so bad when I walk. Im actually looking forward to going back and getting it shaved out again! Seriously! The relief it brings is immeasurable.

I have talked to another doctor and it was a common issue. He did manage to talk me into getting some orthotic inserts for $450. Pease review the pictures to see what he gave me. They are the cheapest flimsy orthotics I've ever seen with a postage stamp size piece of rubber added just below big toe. I would've gladly gotten a pair for each of my shoes, but these are downright worthless. Would love to show them to the doctor and see what he thinks. A waste of money.

Arizona Foot Health - These are very similar support in the arch except the $35 one from Amazon is so much better. Not $450

Arizona Foot Health - The blue one was ordered online as opposed to the $450 thin black pad.
