Took my car in telling the tech I felt I needed motor mounts and that my car was overheating. I told Dave I was in a crunch because this car broke down in the process of moving to another home. Dave understood the need and told me to bring it the next morning. Despite being quite busy with others they fit me in, changed the mounts and had the fan replaced. My car was ready by the afternoon. They charged a reasonable price for labor and parts and were quite expedient. Nicole at the service desk was patient, pleasant, and quite knowledgeable. I got my car smoged here, 12/8 I went to the DMV and they instructed me that they did not see the smog in the system, I called them while in talking to DMV rep He guilt tripped me for having to have him look up my smog, he said his files from last year are already put away, all I needed was the code off the certificate. I finally got him to look at my invoice and he told me I needed to get it smoged again, ITS been LESS THAN 3 months Thank God the DMV was able to look it up another way, I still have at least a few weeks left. read more

Do Not take your car here especially for a interlock!!! The owner has horrible customer service. Thinks he knows everything. But when you question him he will tell you to leave the shop for a few basic questions. When you love your car as much as I do I want to make sure things are in order and safe. Worst experience I've had at any automotive shop ever, After unknowingly purchasing a Dodge Ram with what they referred to as illegal headers. Before I was aware I brought my vehicle here to get it smogged. And instead of the man at the front desk letting me know it couldn't be smogged kindly. He proceeded to raise his voice at me, be rude to me, and even started cussing at me as I was holding my 1 year old daughter. And to me to "Have a nice day, get out of here".
