When I got to Camarillo my 2004 Honda Pilot was making a noise..... On Monday June 7th, I called TNT Automotive after reading several positive Yelp reviews. I had the good fortune of reaching Todd Harter, the business owner. I explained the situation and he told me to bring my Pilot in THAT DAY. I dropped her off for a diagnostic and heard back from Todd quickly. I needed a new power steering pump and ps fluid exchange. He gave me the quote for the job, I said Yes, please. I then received a call at 2:40pm to let me know the work was complete and I could pick up my Pilot. My friend dropped me off for pick up of my SUV. I paid and was on my way the SAME DAY. I hopped on the 101 to go to Simi a few hours later. My Pilot is back in great running order! It was SO NICE to find a great local mechanic and get a same day repair. Sorry Juan, I was not going to write a…read morereview after you took care of it, but that crazy lady who works for you wanted to be a you know what. I got a car battery from MSJ with warranty. Juan taped the AutoZone receipt to the battery so I could use the warranty. 18 months later the battery dies so I call to use the warranty and the lady who answers the phone screams at me that they won't authorize and hung up on me 5 times. They told me to bring the car in. I said I live 300 miles away. They mockingly said I should buy a new battery, drive my car 300 miles, and they will give me the replacement. NEWS FLASH IDIOTS: that's breach of contract and saying that gave me standing the sue the **** out of you. Yes the staff there are actually this f***ing dumb and they think they're smart LOLLLLLLLLLL. So I sent a demand letter telling them I'm about to sue the **** out of them. Juan calls me 3 days later and apologizes, says she doesn't know how to run an office, and authorizes the battery replacement. Everything was fine, but 3 and a half weeks later this dumb lady answers the demand letter with "Good luck with that". Just look at the screenshot. She didn't even know the issue was settled and she has zero emotional regulation or thinking ability. So in conclusion Juan is a real man, but if the lady picks up the phone just tell them you're gonna sue the **** out of them.

A year later, I had it checked somewhere else, and was so upset to find out, I had been driving my car with VERY little oil!!! The bastard never had refilled the oil in my transmission after they had failed to seal it properly!! Very incompetent shop! I'm surprised if they have any returning customers! Also, my steering wheel kept shaking after the transmission repair, and they kept telling me it was normal! I don't want to even give them one star! But I accidentally pressed it and can't undo it!
