About two years ago, I did a little research on Yelp, I noticed this place had 5 stars. I even asked my coworkers if they knew anything about Quality Auto Works, and the feedback was all positive. I decided to take my son's car to Quality Auto Work, for car repair. His car needed a smog check. Here's the kicker, I gave my son my old vehicle and this car went through war and back. Both my children learned to drive in the Toyota and the vehicle survived two teenage boys. Daily Long commutes out of county, some long road trips and over 200 thousands miles. 2 years ago the owner at Quality Auto Work, worked on the Toyota and the Toyota passed smog. At that time the mechanic guaranteed his work and took the car to a smog shop and it passed. Here we are 2 years later, the Toyota is still running, with little maintenance and over 300 thousand miles later, until my son decided he was too busy for an oil change and never checked the water. Now the Toyota needed more than maintenance for a smog, now my son's looking at major repairs. Last week, My son drove the Toyota into Quality Auto Works, long story longer, the mechanic told him he would work on the Toyota. Well the owner, called my son and told him to save his money because he's going to need another vehicle. He told my son it was time to say goodbye to the Toyota. The owner didn't charge him for his work. The Toyota went above and beyond, as did the mechanics at Quality Auto Work. Yes, I trust Quality Auto Works and plan to return. read more

Great place to take my car for regular maintenance service, including simple oil change or tire alignment. The owner JR is a great guy, very personable, polite, and accomodating. The shop officially opens up at 8 but he is there a little after 7 so you can drop off your car before work. He sticks around at least until 5 to make it easy to have a car serviced and not have to take any time off from work. The place is in an industrial part of town but the area is very nice. The lobby in the place is small but always very clean, and the shop out back looks very clean as well. So you don't have to worry about your car interior getting extra stains.
