Technician Donnel Jones took one look at my windshield and calmly stated 'oh sure, we can fix that'. In fact, Safelite made the appointment on the spot and within 1 hour; I was back on the road with a repaired windshield. If you give a customer a quote, you should stand behind it instead of changing the price and expecting the customer to just accept it. And then there's the manager, Grayson. He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
