After a thorough inspection, I was told the issue was caused by improper service at Express Oil--specifically, the coolant cap had not been tightened correctly and the system was significantly low on coolant (nearly a gallon). This negligence led to engine overheating, unnecessary stress, lost time from work, and additional repair costs that could have easily been avoided with proper care and attention. I will not be returning. I strongly recommend others double-check any work done here or consider going somewhere more reliable.
