The Dr. consistently spoke over me and did not listen to what I had To say. She told me she would like to use a new product called Letybo and told me I could Try it for $8.99 on one area so I wasnt Wasting money (as Botox and dysport do not work on me) but then told me she would charge me for the same price $12.99 as xeomen if I didnt Do my full face. She then dismissed me without doing either xeomen or any injections when I said No thank you to the Letybo. I asked If I could Have my deposit back and she said "Oh it was only supposed to be $25". Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to the practice of pediatrics. We're just lucky to have found them.
