Many auto repair shops do have 30 day or even one year labor warranties. Find those auto repair shops and don't go with Greenbrier. Background: My dad went to get the a/c fixed on our 2010 Ford Edge on September 2, 2021 and paid $1,138.38 to get a new compressor and valves. The a/c still wasn't working after that and he had to pay another $626.54 for an a/c condenser. Since the weather had cooled by end of September, my dad really didn't have to use the a/c that much and so he thought the problem was solved. When the weather starts heating up in May 2022, we realize the a/c isn't working again. Greenbrier says the problem is the new a/c compressor they installed in September 2021 that they got from Autozone is not working. The a/c compressor is covered under parts warranty but not labor warranty. We have to pay another $333.30 to get it fixed. They call us on June 3, 2022, and say the a/c is fixed. I pick up the car and the a/c is blowing out warm air. The mechanic and the owner leave the car running for 30 minutes and check gas levels, but seem confused as to what the problem is. I decide to leave after waiting an hour. They tell me they will look at it. Three days pass and I still have not received a call from Greenbrier. I call them myself and they say come pick up the car because the a/c is now fixed. On June 6, my dad picks up the car, but he calls me and says the a/c is still not fixed. It's blowing out warm air. I call Greenbrier back several times, but the mechanic who picks up tells me the owner is not in right now. Finally, I am able to reach the owner and he tells me (over the phone without seeing the car), there is probably another problem with the a/c. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would never recommend Greenbrier automotive to anyone.

From my understanding they are reasonably priced but like I said we've only ever been for insurance related fixes. Extremely disappointed with the repair experience at Crash Champions Stafford. I was notified that…read moremy vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived the repairs were clearly incomplete and not up to acceptable standards. The front bumper was visibly misaligned, the front right fender was misaligned, a screw/fastener was missing under the hood, and the headlights were improperly aligned with the bumper. The front right headlight is also physically damaged/broken in the corner and still has not been replaced. To make matters worse, the newly replaced front bumper itself is cracked/defective, which is completely unacceptable for a vehicle that was supposedly ready for delivery. When I pointed these issues out, I was told that 'sometimes new parts come with defects.' That is not an acceptable response. Defective parts should be replaced before a customer is asked to pick up their vehicle. I refused delivery of the vehicle because it was not restored to pre-accident condition. There were also delays and poor communication regarding the repair timeline and paperwork, and I even received an automated email incorrectly stating that I had already picked up my vehicle when the shop still has possession of it. I expect Crash Champions to fully correct all alignment issues, replace the cracked bumper and damaged front right headlight, reinstall all missing hardware properly, and complete the repairs to professional standards before considering this repair complete.
