When I went to pay they said no charge. I get time is money with a business and their tech spent about 25 minutes on my vehicle for no fee . That is customer service that is over anything I expected and they didn't try to sell me a sensor or install one they were just glad to help . Many auto repair shops do have 30 day or even one year labor warranties. Find those auto repair shops and don't go with Greenbrier. Background: My dad went to get the a/c fixed on our 2010 Ford Edge on September 2, 2021 and paid $1,138.38 to get a new compressor and valves. The a/c still wasn't working after that and he had to pay another $626.54 for an a/c condenser. Since the weather had cooled by end of September, my dad really didn't have to use the a/c that much and so he thought the problem was solved. When the weather starts heating up in May 2022, we realize the a/c isn't working again. Greenbrier says the problem is the new a/c compressor they installed in September 2021 that they got from Autozone is not working. The a/c compressor is covered under parts warranty but not labor warranty. We have to pay another $333.30 to get it fixed. They call us on June 3, 2022, and say the a/c is fixed. I pick up the car and the a/c is blowing out warm air. The mechanic and the owner leave the car running for 30 minutes and check gas levels, but seem confused as to what the problem is. I decide to leave after waiting an hour. They tell me they will look at it. Three days pass and I still have not received a call from Greenbrier. I call them myself and they say come pick up the car because the a/c is now fixed. On June 6, my dad picks up the car, but he calls me and says the a/c is still not fixed. It's blowing out warm air. I call Greenbrier back several times, but the mechanic who picks up tells me the owner is not in right now. Finally, I am able to reach the owner and he tells me (over the phone without seeing the car), there is probably another problem with the a/c. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would never recommend Greenbrier automotive to anyone.

On Saturday, they said they wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. Then they told my dad they found $350 more work to be done, not related to the ABS or the water pump. This shop overbooks and acts more like a parking lot than a repair shop. There is no urgency and they're untrustworthy when it comes to honoring warranties. I got the car towed to another shop who only took 1 day to see the water pump was improperly installed, a bolt was broken and the thermometer wasn't properly sealed, leaving me with zero coolant. DO NOT PATRON THIS ESTABLISHMENT
