So I got my teeth cleaning done. The suggested their electric toothbrush and their mouthwash that is claimed to be better for you than retail mouthwashes. I took the mouthwash and was billed. My husband was later evaluated as well (keep in mind we just came here to get basic care). They suggested the mouthwash to him and the electric toothbrush. He turned down both especially since I had mouthwash at home but they sent him home with it anyways and billed us for two. Before he even got his cleaning done, they suggested a whole list of things he needed done and exaggerated the state of his oral health. The quote they gave him came out to $2,450 out of pocket AFTER insurance covered what they could. So we got a second opinion at another dentist office just to find out that my husband didn't need anything more than a cleaning AND it was covered by our insurance. Weird that my teeth cleaning, I still had a fee to pay. The receptionist can be unfriendly over the phone. One the of dental hygienists cleans your teeth so harshly. I get that dentist offices are a business too but it shouldn't be that much of one that it compromises the integrity.

My experience was marked by what felt like deceptive billing practices, including not being clearly informed that the office was out-of-network with my insurance until after treatment costs became an issue, and a disputed balance of $479.20 turned into collections despite their own failure to file it with the correct insurance company after being informed of their error more than once -- AND after a written dispute was filed. In fact, when written concerns were raised about the quality of the work and the billing issues, the response I received was deflective, dismissive, and condescending rather than professional or solution-oriented. We had services that were not performed to proper standards and necessitated multiple visits but were still never resolved - leaving painful and sensitive teeth that had to be treated elsewhere. She never reached out and never apologized for the substandard care or inconvenience. "Their efforts" consisted of making excuses and minimizing the issues followed by a dismissal letter sent certified mail. It was an unprofessional, shallow response to legitimate concerns -- much like you can see in her response to other poor reviews for Triple Crown Dentistry. The office culture also came across as highly image-focused -- giving the impression that appearance matters more than patient comfort or transparency. (Just visit the FB page) Overall, the experience left me feeling misled, undervalued, and deeply disappointed by a practice that appears far more invested in luxury branding and profit margins than quality services, patient trust, and accountability. The dental work was substandard, dissatisfactory, and rushed -- she's obviously stretched too thin to prioritize quality patient care and responds to legitimate concerns defensively rather than constructively. The over billing practices also raise concerns -- as another online reviewer indicated -- charges were significantly higher than standard for several services, seemingly at the patient's expense. I imagine it lends to the lavish lifestyle. Save yourself the money, frustration, and unnecessary headaches by going elsewhere.

I felt like I was at a shady car dealership getting forced into unnecessary add-ons. Avoid this place like the plague. Find a dentist who actually cares about your needs, respects your time, and doesn't treat you like a walking wallet. Especially not one with staff who genuinely believe daily dental cleanings are a thing.

Instead of actually helping patients, it seemed like he spent most of his time writing Google review responses while people were waiting for assistance. The billing was also a mess. I provided my insurance information before my visit, yet the office still failed to submit the claim correctly. Because of this, I received a bill that should have been handled through insurance in the first place. When I asked about it, Tim was dismissive and not helpful at all. A dental office should focus on patient care and proper administrative work. Unfortunately, this place seems more focused on managing online reviews than actually taking care of patients and basic billing responsibilities. They as a family live near the practice and they love their children. There have been times when by no fault of my own or theirs that some crowns had to be remade. They are expensive but what dental work isn't. I asked why they didn't have a higenisist and they advised they find better results if they do their own cleanings. I have never had issues. Reading some of the other comments may have been fair criticism but on the flip side they are people too. Friendly interaction is acceptable. And we only have 1 side of the story from the other clients. I have never felt like I was being ignored or could not approach them about any issues. I tell them what is going on and they investigate and fix the issue. Would highly recommend them.

He did some work on me just before he left, but after he had sold his practice.I had to pay my portion that insurance didn't cover up front.When I received a statement from my insurance I found I had been overcharged $420 . I called the office and was told anything over $100 had to be go through corporate.5 months later and nothing has happened. No wonder the entire old staff left after Dr Klein sold out.
