They made me feel comfortable. I ended up moving a couple of times and could never find a dentist office worth remembering. I returned to Tambrini Family Dentistry a few months ago and saw a new dentist but got the same exact care. The office workers are very nice and they definitely make an obvious effort to ensure that you are not in pain after having work done. I used my insurance and what they told me that day, is what i owed. I see alot of people mentioning costs that were not expected. Well i received No surprise bill later on down the line. I am making an appointment to go back soon and just wanted to make everyone aware that this is an obvious choice for dental work. They extracted a tooth, gave me x rays and worked up a whole dental plan for an excellent price. Looking forward to visiting again because they are just nice people. (who looks forward to visiting the dentist?) Switching my daughter to this office as well, its hard to trust people with your kids teeth, but you can trust Tambrini 100%

When I asked for my records they refused to give them to me. I went for a deep cleaning, however when I sat down in the chair the hygienist started to belittle me because I had not gotten a root canal yet. Started lecturing me as if I were a child. Then told me I couldn't have a portion of the cleaning done because of the root canal. There was miscommunication regarding how many visits this would take etc. And had to get the girl at the front, who was unprofessional and would not admit any fault. I ended up walking out because the hygienist had an attitude and I was worried she would take her aggression out on my mouth. I will never return. There is zero empathy for anyone who gets anxiety about going to the dentist. I felt that the staff is unprofessional and has zero bedside manner.
