The day my front tooth was finally capped, he and his assistant worked flawlessly, creating a calming enviornment. He works quickly and efficiently. The day my new cap arrived, it was perfect. Office Manager says I have no Aspen Dental Savings Plan subscription and I have been refunded. A month goes by, I check my Aspen account online. Not only have I not been refunded, I still have an active subscription somehow and there is a recurring payment on my credit card that they refuse to remove. When I reach out, manager refuses to respond. Save yourself some hassle. Don't deal with these people.
