I asked multiple times for the policy during the back and forth text messages and he finally sent me a paste of the policy. I posted a review on google and the response from the "Dr" was I was a "no show" but someone sent me a snapshot of cancelled on the paper. Just beware going to this office and leaving money. And I didnt see any results from the first treatment as stated either. I also wrote the BBB to report the harassment of them sending me multiple appts and also stating I would have to pay for the full package and not receive back my money paid for no services. She took good care however it was not improving and I decided to book an appointment with the chiropractor Molly Hall. I booked in person for an appointment weeks away and added the time to my calendar on the spot. I received multiple emails. Some were reminders for the appointment and others were alerting me to fill out paperwork before the appointment. In the barrage of emails I only opened the one for paperwork because I knew I had the time booked on my calendar already. Around 12 noon on the day of the appointment, I finally finished my paperwork which notified of the cancellation fee. I wasn't worried because I booked in person and added it to my calendar. I got there 10 minutes early for my 3 pm appointment and was told that my appointment had been at 10am. Also, I had already been charged the $190 cancellation fee. I explained everything and Bridget, the receptionist , was sympathetic. She said she would talk to Dr Hall and see what we could work out. I called a couple days later to see how to move forward. Bridget explained that Dr Hall said I was sent a reminder email and missed the appointment. She continued with Dr Hall's response that she was in high demand and needed to get paid. I truly don't know how the mix up happened. It's possible the person I booked the appointment with inputted it wrong. I cannot comment specifically on Dr Hall's abilities as a chiropractor as I never got to meet her. However I believe I can speak toward her character as a human. She refused to acknowledge that there could be any fault on the part of the practice, she could not bend at all to nurture a relationship with a new patient that could need indefinite ongoing care and, very clearly, she needed to get paid. I personally won't be moving forward with any type of care from this practice.

After dealing with intermittent back pain for a long while, I finally decided to seek treatment and so this was my first experience at any chiropractor. I was diagnosed with scoliosis and began treatments with Dr. Thoman. Of course during the initial treatments I began feeling in more pain than I had when I first walked in, but I thought this was normal at first and I would get used to the adjustments. Unfortunately, my pain continuously got worse over months and even though I made this clear, there was never a change in treatment methods. When I reported my pain levels, I noticed the doctor continuously recording lesser numbers of pain levels in my file than I was actually reporting. The doctor also seemed disappointed when I reported I was continuously pain, like he was taking it personally rather than noticing his method of treatment was not working for me. I would have appreciated if he tried something new but that never happened. Again, the office staff and massages are GREAT - I actually didn't want to stop going here for those reasons but my pain just kept getting worse. Ever since I switched to a new chiropractor who happened to have much better quality equipment and tried some different adjustment methods, my pain levels have already majorly decreased.
