We waited 35 mins to be shown to our room and the massage was very awkward. Being a massage therapist myself, so many things were very off. We asked for Swedish massages and I had to ask several times for them to lighten up on the pressure. They gave heavy pressure directly on the spine as well as main artery areas. They were very kind in trying to assist us, but I think there was a major language barrier. Also, they may not be licensed properly because they were doing so many things against code. I gave 2 star because the place was clean but there was nothing else that was good. We paid $220 total including tip for each person. As a provider, I could not leave without tipping them but hands down the worst massage we have ever received.

Since you don't have your own room your masseuse has to really whisper and you can hear when other clients next to you are arriving or departing. It wasn't bad, just different. They do have wave music playing to try and drown out any noise. My massage was great and my masseuse did a wonderful job. The prices were reasonable and I could see the membership being a solid deal if you wanted to visit monthly.

My massage therapist was very attentive to the pressure that I liked and did a fantastic job concentrating on the areas that needed the most attention. I mentioned that I had deep tension in my shoulders and upper back, and after just my first session with Muneerah I honestly felt inches taller. She has done both deep tissue and prenatal massages for me and I have always been so happy with each massage. I feel so much better when I leave....less tense & relaxed!! Alicia has a lot of techniques she can use depending on what our body needs. I love the hot stones and trigger point therapy to help with all my shoulder and back pain.
