Wow! I can definitely say I am truly blessed. I had the pleasure of working with Vannida I hope I'm spelling her name right. She was absolutely professional and thorough but yet kind and understanding. I've always had great experiences with the staff when I come to either location but, I can definitely say she went above and beyond. Staff isn't very friendly and the wait time is astronomical. Please don't tell patients to be 15min early to appointment when your over 45min late to been seen. The medical assistants were very rude, very much just going through through the motions. The least you can do is smile, pretend like you want to be here. read more

The two stars that I give this place is solely due to the medical staff who are amazing. The biggest problem with this place are the girls at the front desk. The day has come to get my C-Scan & I'm sure happy I returned back to this location. I had X-Rays done here almost a year ago & I had a wonderful experience with the front end and back end office. The process is quite simple make sure you have your ID, medical card, and be prepared to wait for 15 or 20 minutes if you have a appointment but it may be different for others depending on what kind of radiology/ imaging work your having. The parking is a bit weird but doable when it's not extremely busy. I'm happy to say that I had another great experience and pleased to say that this is a great place to have your imaging done in a pleasant environment. FYI they have great coffee in the waiting room & very clean bathroom's which is fabulous. read more

The wait was long, considering we had an appointment. Front office staff...very rude. And incompetent. Specifically the lady who checked us in. She had the audacity to tell me that I didn't have an appointment and I must have made an appointment somewhere else or I was just a "walk in". And when she did find my appointment she rudely said "Oh, sorry." The whole time not making eye contact with me. Xray technician, Alice...wonderful! Very sweet, always smiling and very personable. I have never had as good an experience as I had with this group. First of all I went on the wrong day, but they took me in almost immediately. The X-ray technician was very helpful, as I am handicapped it's difficult for me to move into certain positions, but he gently positioned me. The results were quickly given to me on a cd, and sent to my doctor. I was very pleased with their service. read more

The front end staff is rude ( probably cuz overbooked) not enough sitting room, limited parking, staff seems unorganized, it kind of sucks people are dying or sick and have to put up with this crap ! First off let me say the medical staff is great and the building is beautiful. But make sure you get there way ahead of time if you want to find a place to park. I had to park in an adjacent complex and I worried the whole time about getting towed! Once I got in to the reception area there was a long line to sign in. OK fine, then the receptionist tells me to take a seat. She must have a warped sense of humor because not only is every seat occupied, there are probably 10 or 15 people awkwardly standing around the overcrowded room. Including elderly people. That really pissed me off! Once I get back to the medical area every thing went smoothly. But if you can avoid this place, I would recommend you do until they do something about the parking and undersized reception area. Fresno Fire should really check this place out. Attn: management, If you have any common decency you will address issues of lack of parking and adequate seating for all patients. Especially the elderly! read more

I had to go here when I was pregnant for my ultra sounds. I had some complications in the beginning of my pregnancy so I had to come at least 10 times in my pregnancy. They were always very nice! You do have to wait awhile for them to call you up. This was a bit difficult considering they tell you to drink 32oz of water before your appointment! But the ladies were always very sweet read more

I will agree that the "Medical" side of this place is beautiful and they seem to know what they are doing...but heaven help you if you have to deal with the business side. These people are the worst! I have gone round and round with these people since June 2018 because they billed my insurance wrong and a preventative procedure was paid as a diagnostic procedure and left a balance due, which I continued to dispute that I owed. I got ahold of an extremely rude person in the billing department that REFUSED to rebill and when I asked why his response was "Because we don't have to". Needless to say, I received a threat for collections and I went ahead and paid it under protest, but I WILL appeal. I won't be going back to this place no matter how beautiful their offices are or how modern their technology is...their Customer Service SUCKS! read more

While I'm no great fan of having my mamms put into a giant press, my doctor tells me it's necessary. The ladies here who inflict this suffering on me are really nice about it. The offices and imaging rooms look like a boutique hotel: fresh flowers everywhere, tasteful oil painting on the walls, nice furniture, and subdued lighting. While I can't say that I like being here, I guess I could have my mamms mauled under much worse circumstances. read more

I had to get a CT scan here the other day and they could not have been any nicer! The waiting room was clean as well as the changing room. The technician who did my scan was the nicest person! She told me what to expect and talked me through everything. Then she wished me luck with the results and showed me out. Very impressed!! read more

Very nice place. I had an MRI and a mammogram there. The staff is very efficient and courteous. Great customer relations. The interior looks like you walked in to a nice hotel. It is very comfortable. The dressing gowns are well-tended. One of those things you don't think about until you get one that has tears in it and the straps are missing (take note Fresno Surgical Hospital). The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is the way they handle personal information. The paperwork had my SS# on it. They ran a black marker across it, but you could totally see the number showing through. I just don't like my SS# dangling out for any of their staff to see. Hopefully they are all honest people. read more

This is a medical testing facility. I've had to go here for ultrasounds (pregnancies), a mammogram, and a CT scan. Better experience than Clovis Community Hospital for CT scan. They are usually busy and there is a bit of waiting here and there. Some tests require appointments and some tests don't require appointments. Parking is limited. read more

I've been here several times, for X-rays, CT Scans and an MRI. Like the previous reviewer, I agree that there can be a long wait. Like anywhere else, I'm sure it depends on the time of day and day of the week. The last time I was in there was March, when I had to have a chest x-ray. The waiting room was ridiculously crowded, and everyone in my vicinity seemed to be sick and hacking and coughing. I huddled in the corner with my face in my sleeve. Then I was taken to an interior, much smaller, waiting room, which was actually a women's changing room. There were more sick, coughing people in there. The changing rooms reminded me of a low-budget department store. They were dirty and there was a used Kleenex in mine. I changed quickly and tried not to touch anything. Aside from the MRI, all my xrays have taken about two minutes, and then I'm on my way. The staff has always been really friendly and helpful, too. Hopefully I won't have to come back anytime soon, but I won't mind too much when I do. read more

So while they got me in on time, the tech essentially molested me. I have a hurt shoulder so I asked her not to force my arm and she said she had to. To position me grabbed my hips, waist, shoulder, arms, moved my hair, all with no warning. I get that you need to touch my boobs lady but please use your words and I can move my own damn body. Oh, and didn't wear gloves so she was all over me with her hands. Horrible experience. read more

I made an appointment the time they said was 2:15 then when I get there with a 96 year old women they say the appointment was for 2:45 WRONG! The hosts are pleasant and kind which makes the experience that much better. Unfortunately, the half dozen times I have been here I have left nearly 90 minutes after the appointment. The actually service provided is always less than 15 minutes yet they keep the waiting room full and remain over booked. For that reason alone...I could not offer anything greater than three stars. The MRI Brothers made an uncomfortable situation almost enjoyable. I appreciated that even though they knew I was nervous they were completely honest about what would happen during the tests, rather than placating me. This made me feel safe and generated a strong sense of trust. Their professionalism and skill was exhibited with a warm and friendly attitude. I am so grateful for their high level work. When you walk in to any office... I don't care who you are... You greet people with a smile. You say "good morning." Ask someone, "How are you today?" You do some sort of gesture besides barking out, "please sign in!" You are not a machine, but are here to help your customer/patient. Take just a little more time to treat others well. My husband had an appointment for CT scan at 10:45 in the morning. We checked in at 10:20, since they told him he needed to be here early. They gave him the barrium and told him to drink it at 10:45 then at 11:15 to drink a bottle of water. He was also told he had to have a full bladder. They left us in the waiting room until 12:15. My poor husband. They finally called him back and he had to wait back there another hour. My suggestion, find another imaging place. This has been one of the worst experiences in a doctors office. read more

For the love of Pete. I wish I could give negative stars. Apt time 12. Arrived 11:50. Gave my DL and insurance cards. I asked if they were on time and was told yes. At 12:25 was called to get my cards. I asked when I was going to be seen as I had a 12pm apt. The gal at the desk said my apt was 1215. I said no. 12. None the less when I going to be seen. The gal said "I'm putting up your paperwork now". I said. That doesn't answer my question. Can you please tell me when I will be seen. Again, was told my paperwork was goinf to be put up now. I advised Further more I must pick up my child by 3 in madera. Blank look from the front desk person. 12:44... Still waiting. ALSO. The "easy access" handicap push button door opener doesn't work. The is a sign and it says "easy open doo activate switch then open door". There is no sign indicating that it does not work. As I've sat here I've watch three handicap people push the button several times. The last lady yelled to the from desk that the button was broken. The lady at the front desk responded by yelling "we know". Why isn't there a sign saying out of order. 12:47. 12:50 finally seen. Talked to the manager Kathy. Very dismissive. Said that she was aware of the problem with the front desk. Just didn't seem to give a shiz. I advised that they have bad reviews and she said she knew. She also knew about the broken handicap door. I said how about putting a note on both sides so that handicap folks are just pushing the button. She said that was a good idea. The crayons don't seem to be the brightest here. read more

I made an appointment weeks in advance and 45 min wait and im still sitting here...walk ins can take 2-3 hours the receptionist says. The place is the worst, try to go any where else....im sure its better then here, also dont try to tell them anything because they dont care. Update i went to complain after 45 min and im still standing in lobby now after an hour ....im standing because there isnt any more seats.. They should shut the doors and lock them for good. read more

The first time I utilized services at this place, there was an error in the CT film I required. The second time I utilized services - a little over a year later - the waiting room was extremely busy, and despite providing updated insurance, an invalid insurance was billed. I had difficulty reaching someone on the phone to rectify the billing issue. read more
