That was extremely rude, he didn't even have the decency to tell me I'm sorry I'm late but I will be there . I left them another message telling him how rude and unprofessional his message was and never heard from him again I wasted an entire day from work that he was aware of. They went above and beyond to detect that the leak wasn't plumbing related per se but caused by a bad seal on the roof line where my sewer vents/plumbing stacks meet the outside. Had a plumbing emergency this weekend when our main water line between the meter and the house…read morebroke. Called two companies... first one being Cutler Bay Plumbing based on their good Yelp reviews but they NEVER ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK! Next I called RP Smith Plumbing because they only had 4 total Yelp reviews. My mistake was that I should have called RP Smith first. Upon calling at 9am on Sunday morning, they answered immediately. They had a technician contact me and subsequently respond to my house within an hour. The technician quickly fixed the broken water main, and a cracked sprinkler pipe and had us back up and running in about an hour. Since it was a weekend, I was expecting to be charged an arm & a leg but the bill was very reasonable and definitely less than I expected. I am very happy with their service, promptness, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone (friends, family, or clients).
