He said he would upgrade us to a safe room that would only cost "a little more." Maybe it was our faults for not getting a contract before he started working but as I mentioned, we had worked with and trusted Vince for many years. When he handed us a bill for $111k you can imagine how sick we felt. He took advantage of our trust and in the end we lost. Also know that his safes are refurbished from auctions. Some are in great shape, others we're faulty and didn't come a TL-30 rating which makes them impossible to resell. It saddens me that I have to post this but hopefully I can protect other people from being taken advantage of. Vince and his team are good at what they do but he can be careless and negligent. Another example is when we warned him about our new property being on a steep hill and he said "not to worry." Well "not to worry" included me calling triple AAA to get him towed and then renting a skid steer to pull the safes up to our property ourselves. Another occasion Vince was upset with my fiancé because he didn't rent the right fork lift. Usually companies would be responsible for reserving their own capital equipment as we have zero experience in that. (Even after all of that we continued to do business with him because we're understanding and loyal people.) Get everything in writing and make sure you over communicate with him about little changes that happen along the way because a little change might cost you $40-$50k!

I called different locksmiths to see if they can open my safe but they said they could not and one recommended me to Security Safe. I called them and luckily they had some technicians in their storefront as they are usually out doing mobile services. When I got to the store, both Andy and Mario were very helpful and were able to open my safe within a few minutes. Andy also educated me a little bit about my safe and the better models that are also available if I consider upgrading (he did not pressure me at all to purchase, just educated me which is very helpful for me). They seem to have a good selection of safes in their storefront and I would definitely visit them if I decide to upgrade to a better safe. They saved the day for me. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people, their business is the BEST! Thank you again Andy and Mario!
