Yaakov was very fast in his response time. He (or his worker, not sure) showed up in his window, and completed his work extremely fast. There was a slight miscommunication between us regarding which keys I had to the various doors and which I didn't. Long story short, he said had to replace two of the knobs to make them all match. This meant an additional expense not originally quoted, but it seemed fair. My only complaint was that he left behind all of the old doorknobs and cylinders, which I thought he might dispose of. They said they could help and sent a technician to our home. He spent over 2.5 hours trying to make a new key, but it quickly became clear he didn't know what he was doing. I eventually had to ask him to stop. The next day, we got a proper replacement key from BMW. However, when we tried to start the car, we discovered the battery had been drained and the internal computer system was malfunctioning--due to the locksmith's unsuccessful attempts. Even the BMW dealership couldn't fix the issue. We eventually had to take the car to a third-party mechanic, who was finally able to resolve everything after about a week.
