They said they could help and sent a technician to our home. He spent over 2.5 hours trying to make a new key, but it quickly became clear he didn't know what he was doing. I eventually had to ask him to stop. The next day, we got a proper replacement key from BMW. However, when we tried to start the car, we discovered the battery had been drained and the internal computer system was malfunctioning--due to the locksmith's unsuccessful attempts. Even the BMW dealership couldn't fix the issue. We eventually had to take the car to a third-party mechanic, who was finally able to resolve everything after about a week. It was a frustrating, expensive, and completely avoidable situation. I'd strongly recommend being cautious before using this company's services. TLDR, dont use In-n-Out locksmith. spend the money for a proper solution and learn from our $1200 mistake
