If possible, do NOT use their service at all. My car broke down and is covered with Roadside Assistance through dealer warranty. Tow company was contacted through my car dealer to take my car from my house to dealership service dept directly. On the phone, dealership said I am 100% covered and don't have to pay anything. Tow truck driver demanded money for Tolls after he loaded my car onto his truck. I told him dealership said I was covered and tow truck company should bill dealership not me. Driver was rude and arrogant and demanded toll money, I paid, otherwise he wouldn't take my car to dealership. Dealership said I did Not have to pay for tolls and have to contact tow company for reimbursement. I called Tow company and they said to fill out forms for reimbursement and it will take a few days to verify and process. Worst experience with tow company, don't use them. read more

Had to use these guys a few times before. Excellent service, very professional and very nice drivers.

My car broke down on the Newark Bay extension bridge while i was on my way to manhattan. I was pick up by a company that does the towing for the turnpike. They gave me a price to tow my car back to central NJ and i thought i was too expensive. so i had them drop me off in Bayonne right off the turnpike. i called Advanced towing and their price was about $100 lower than the other company. They told me about 30 minutes to come get me which was fine, they actually got there in about 20 minutes. Their driver was very professional, He turned the air condition on in the truck and handed me a cold water while he put my car on the truck which was very appreciated since it was about 90 degrees out. I have to write this due to the lack of appreciation people have when they get themselves into a bad situation and need the help of a good towing service . So I had a big problem with my new Lexus Rx and my dealership had me call roadside assistance who consequently left me on the side of the road for over TWO HOURS . When I called the third time to complain to Lexus they referred me to a local towing service Advanced Towing who had a truck show up within 15 minutes . Needless to say they handled my situation very professionally from Brianna who handled all the paperwork to the owner who arranged a rental car to pick me up at their tow office , I am very grateful to have come across such a caring company when I hear such horror stories online . Fast service, however, the driver damaged the truck. Company has not replaced damaged bumper, offered to pay or returned calls.

I broke down on a Sunday night. I called several tow companies in the area and all of them either said they couldn't help me or just didn't answer the phone. I called advanced and they said they would send someone right out. The tow truck arrived in about 20 minutes. He picked up my car and towed it out to the dealership! Very helpful and reasonable price! On a Sunday night I thought I would be stranded but advanced towing really pulled through for me. read more

I bought a car from Mark B on the 11th of august and I have driven it 3 days it's now the 25th 12 days in the shop for repairs that were not disclosed two broken motor mounts ... Ac broken now it needs a new transmission... The lemon law in New Jersey needs some tweaking to keep crooks like Mark to stop this practice. I had my car stolen while at chemo therapy and needed a new one asap. I told him this and he sold me this two ton lemon anyway. Please I have texted and called and he's no where to be found and won't respond what ever you do please don't use his business he's a crook a liar and a thief.
