Jersey City - never-ending construction, and trying to avoid hazards is no joke. Turned a tight corner in my minivan and hit a curb, and my tire got the worst of it. Tire lights went on instantly and saw the pressure going down fast. Was able to make it to a parking lot, get it towed, and the guy recommended this place. I was really happy with how communicative they were - updating me by text and letting me know they received it, the cost, and when it was done. Answered my questions at pickup very politely. What started out as such a hassle of a day, turned out ok in the end, and was relieved to not feel like I had gotten ripped off. read more

Had a couple of ugly bumper dents -- such is street parking -- and John and his crew were able to knock them out, no replacement or painting, for a very fair price (and they stuck to the estimate). Outstanding service! I recently had to have my car glass and side mirror repaired due to some a$$hole gang banger deciding to take 2 shots at another a$$hole gang banger through my car's windows. Thankfully I wasn't in it at the time :-) They were very prompt getting in touch with me to assure me that everything was setup between them and my insurance. The glass took longer than expected to arrive, so their original estimate for when I'd get it back didn't work out. However, they kept in touch, and never got short with me when I called to check up on it. Once it was finished I went to pick it up, and that's when their stellar service really shone through. The owner immediately greeted me and introduced himself by name. He first showed me to my car and gave me ample time and space to inspect the work. He asked if I was unhappy with anything, and assured me that he would immediately address anything I required. The deductible payment process was very quick and easy. From start to finish I was in my car driving back to my place in less than 15 minutes. Hopefully I'll not have any need of an auto body shop again for a long time, but if I do, I'm going here. Much to my surprise, and embarassment, the front bumper guard on my car somehow fell off leaving me with a a horribly ugly looking car and a terrible scraping noise that let everyone in the neighborhood know that I was home. Being from Texas, I had no idea where to even start looking for a body shop that wasn't shady or wasn't goinng to rip me off. Well I brought my car here for an estimate on a bumper. The guy that looked at it was very short with me and rude...took my information and said he would call back and see if the bumper was available as an after market part. I waited, and waited and called back. They said "sorry" someone would call back that day...never happened...I called back yet again and was left on hold for 8 mins...not the type of place I would want to do business with. Frank and the whole team were very kind and helpful. My car was vandalized and they took care of it. It had been keyed on both sides (4 doors) and the car had deep scratches due to that. In addition, it had random scratches both in the front and rear bumpers. They took care of everything. They helped me dealing with the insurance company which saved a lot of time.
