They were busy but on top of it. Everyone wore white button ups with name tags. The guy at the front desk was nice for check-in. It seems like Pete already knew my car situation, as if he checked my file before hand. I really appreciate that detail because it saved time and he already had an awareness. He also took the time to walk around the car and assess unrelated damages, which I think is very smart so the auto shop is not liable for pre-existing conditions.
