I had called asking about my boyfriend's truck that was towed with this company. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. She had answered the call in her own personal vehicle, which children were crying, music was blaring, and she did yell at someone in her vehicle. The people in the office were helpful and efficient. The driver, Jeff, was top-notch. He was great about contacting me and took very good care of my car. He was also nice enough to put the car in my driveway instead of leaving it on the curb. Additionally, because the car was leaking oil, Jeff made sure I had the opportunity to put some cardboard down to avoid getting oil all over my driveway. The price was a little more spendy than I was hoping, but beggars can't be choosers when your car is pulled into the median in MoPac with cars buzzing by at 75mph. Very professional. My Chevy truck broke down, called onstar, they sent me a horrible tower that not only towed me to where i DIDNT want to go but BROKE my back windshield. Next day we called here, and within five minutes of calling to order, William called us and assured us he was on his way with an ETA. When he arrived he was very professional, secured our truck, took it to our destination, Buda, then he wrapped the back window of our truck with out being asked. I called round Rock towing for a flatbed tow truck. The lady said she would dispatch the driver right away and he would give me a call. She quoted a 45 minute turn around time. After an hour had passed, I called for an update, and she said she had sent my truck on a rotation with the city of Austin! She never called me back! Fancy push-button starter occasionally tricks me into leaving the car in the auxiliary mode, draining the battery. This happened the other night when we ran in for take-out, and within 10 minutes, my car was dead. Round Rock Towing dispatched a driver who arrived within 20 minutes, attached a battery jumper, and had us on our way 10 minutes later, for $65. If i could give zero stars I would. ONE very unprofessional, phone kept going to voicemail! It took 30+ mins to get a response, charged $200+ for towing the car then a fee for impounding. They said they ONLY take cash, we show up with cash needing to break at $10 do they have change, absolutely no cash change SO we give them the $10 and say keep the extra &5 whatever... FINALLY WE WANT TO GET THE CAR AND ITS SURROUNDED BY OTHER CARS! They have to call a tow truck to MOVE all the other cars just to get ours... OURS WAS LITERALLY TOWED 6 HOURS EARLIER SO HOW TF IS IT SURROUNDED BY 20 OTHER CARS?! We had to SET an appointment to pick up the car and they show up LATE AND NOW WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE TOW TRUCK TO GET HERE!!! Complete BULLSHIT - this business is a terrible!!! read more

Even covered my back window With a plastic wrap that was smashed in from the onstar towing company. Way more professional then any other towing company I've encountered and had the experience to know to secure a truck bed cover. Would definitely recommend them. The worst experience of my life. My car is already totaled and i come to pick it up, the guy at the office is so rude and un-organized. i already dropped off a copy of my DL and insurance the day before and this guy cant find it, i send it to him and let him know he is very unorganized. I go outside to wait for the towing guy to pull out the car from the police yard, the guy from the office leaves and takes my key with him. Its cold out today, and i call him that he took my key.... he tells me 45 minutes before he can come?! Like its my fault he took the key with him. I already paid my fees and want to leave, I'm looking at my totaled car crying and thinking i have to wait here in the cold waiting for this irresponsible and unprofessional person to decide to come hand me the key he took for being un-organized to start. I call again, because I'm mad and he hangs up on me. Finally the tow driver calls the manager and agrees to pull the vehicle for an additional fee (of course) one that was not in my budget as i had already rented a pull and i leave without my key and less money in my pocket. And of course the cherry on top, the worst experience of my life after being in an accident. read more

They had just picked up another job before I called, so it was going to be an hour. Instead the manager, Ms. Garza, drove to our location to pick up the keys and do the paperwork to have the car delivered. Before she realized we had a ride, she even offered to drive us home. She arrived quickly, and it was a very conservative price. She was very polite and friendly to my wife and I.
