I paid $100+ for absolutely nothing, AAA appliance should have taken my model number over the phone when I had first called for service and tried providing it, had they done this they could have come to the same conclusion (parts not available) without scheduling a tech. Beware consumers, this companies schtick is making money off of "diagnostic inspections" which in my instance should've been avoided as it was completely unnecessary due to unavailability of parts.

They never fixed it. On the scheduled day, the technician came but I missed his calls while caring for my baby. I called back within 10 minutes, apologized, and asked when he could return. Instead of rescheduling--even for an extra charge--he was already furious, refused to come back, and claimed he knocked on the door (though I was right there and heard nothing). Despite my apology, he refused to finish the job. They kept the full payment without providing the service. I would have understood if they deducted a portion for the trip, but keeping all the money shows complete dishonesty. We will be disputing the charge and reporting this business to the town. This was the most unprofessional, unpleasant appliance service experience I've ever had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
