Our house we reside in has had an electric garage door for over 20 years now. And thus far, we have had only two services applied to correct the dysfunctions of it. Unfortunately, the first service man that came six months ago, his service was a failure due to replacing improper sized parts on the garage door. "Advantage Garage Doors" and as Alex, as our service person, by his simple observation and our explanation to him of what transpired from the last service, he quickly let us know what the issue was and why the garage door failed to function correctly. He corrected the previous worker's err and also let us know that the new parts he placed on the garage door was a lifetime warrranty. This in itself, was a comforting reassurance in knowing that if something did not work correctly again, it would be replaced with no cost in the parts to us. Alex came to the rescue for my garage door. The spring broke and it wouldn't go up or down. I had my motorcycle in the garage and couldn't get it out. Alex showed up, and had my door working in a short period. He not only got the door working, but he did a complete tune-up on my door. We thought it was supposed to be noisy, but we now know the truth. He took extra time to adjust the tracks, opener, and even clean the cover on the door operator key. Alex was an amazing person who was very supportive when I told about the problem of the wall mount switch led flashing continuously.
