I was hesitant. I was afraid I'd have thousands of ants coming out of the holes and wake up in the morning and my house would be infested, but it was the opposite. We woke up the next morning, and it was as quiet as a mouse so I waited about a week before I got in touch with Eric to see if the problem seemed to be resolved and it was! what a fabulous company. Eric is amazing, awesome, professional, friendly, and knows his line of work very well! I very highly recommend using this company and hopefully we never have another problem. When I called back three days later I spoke to someone else who also promised to call me back and let me know and she never called me back either. Finally I contacted the technician who advised that it was no longer profitable for them to service my account at the price that they were servicing it for. This is after several years of doing business so I am rating them accordingly because of the way they irresponsibly cancelled without notice and their unprofessional behavior. They always explain the treatment process and answer any questions that I have. However, one thing that I found to be disappointing with Hoffer was the quality of their optional mosquito treatment. Despite routine treatment and even double the usual treatment at times, the result was...lots of mosquitoes. I don't know what they're spraying exactly but it's completely ineffective.
