I gave them a call and they sent someone out the next morning. Jacob came to my home dressed professionally and was very well spoken. He gave me his opinion on my ant problem and we discussed options for resolution. Once I came to a decision, he went back out to his truck and immediately started to treatment on my home. He was extremely thorough, respectful of my belongings, and mindful of my small children. About a month ago, We had an electric shade installed on our transom window.when they drilled holes…read moreon the side to install it a bunch of ants came out,and we were told that we might have a serious problem, so they recommended Greggs Aggresive Pest solutions, we called them immediately, Eric came out the next day, and Discussed our problem which happened to be white footed ants, the hardest ant to get rid of,Eric tried different approaches to solve this problem, but it didn't work, he came back to our home and We drilled holes by the transom window and some on the wall, and he injected a chemical that Hopefully was where the nest was, and that would take care of the problem. I was hesitant. I was afraid I'd have thousands of ants coming out of the holes and wake up in the morning and my house would be infested, but it was the opposite. We woke up the next morning, and it was as quiet as a mouse so I waited about a week before I got in touch with Eric to see if the problem seemed to be resolved and it was! what a fabulous company. Eric is amazing, awesome, professional, friendly, and knows his line of work very well! I very highly recommend using this company and hopefully we never have another problem. I called several pest control companies and every one just walked around the house and looked in the 1 bedroom and pronounced that I must be tented. But not Hitman they would not make any assumptions until after a through inspection. They also wanted to confirm if we even had termites to begin with.
