They did a great job getting rid of the termites one year later they came and inspected all units and there's summary was that there was evidence at one time, but there is (no active termites) in the building. Steve M was told by another exterminating company a year prior for him to remove his wood in his wall, he didn't do it then and he was told the same by Alpha J services. They are a very good company and did a great job inspecting and taking care of the building. There is no infestation. It's a shame that he would slander a good company. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

Alfa J Services is dishonest and does not stand by its promises or recommendations regarding…read moretreatment plans. Alfa J Services was hired to do an inspection for dry wood termites. Several areas in my unit and another unit within my 16-unit condo building were found to have ACTIVE dry wood termites. The technician that came to inspect my unit and the others in my building stated at the time that he could spot treat for termites but that the level of infestation warranted the building being tented to properly treat the infestation. However, as one of the unit owners is friends with Alfa J Services owner, and that unit owner doesn't want/have the money to properly tent he was able to have the Alfa J Services representative change his recommendation to spot treatment. Yet almost two years later several units still have termites. The latest recommendation from Alfa J Services was to continue spot treatment even though the infestation has grown and moved into other units.
