My only experience with this place was selling a rather expensive item to them. (Hey, I've got…read morebills to pay and it was just sitting around, not being used.) The associate I spoke with talked with me at length about the item before offering me a bit less than I was looking for. He was willing to listen to me as I complained about his offer and told him about how the item was the top model for what it was. He was patient with me while I rambled about what made the item special and why he should offer me more for it. He went off, did some research on the item then came back and told me that he appreciated me being honest with him, that it was indeed the top model for that item and that it did indeed have all the bells and whistles I had mentioned. Apparently people like to bring in stuff and make grandiose claims that don't hold true. He made me an offer I was happy with and we were able to make a deal. Friendly, patient, helpful staff. I'd do business here again!

I had them install a radio I had. The dash was improperly installed. The light sensor was missing…read more(in the ashtray with 3 screws not installed). The loose dash caused the gear indicator not to be properly visible. The sloppy dash installation was unsightly. Too bad their work wasn't as good as their excuses. The owner's response errored in that all parts were there other than radio adaptions that were purchased from the store. Parts were in the ashtray alongside of the parts used in the reassembly. I was not offered any rework both times I brought it back. The car was shown in the disassembled status and estimates were based on that. If you were not able to reengineer, you should have stated that rather than say you could do the job. I was able to reassemble it and I'm am not a professional.

It was almost 400 dollars for the jeweler there (I can't remember his name; he speaks broken English) to create the band and set the stones... Even though he had the size plus another ring to go off of, the ring was too large and slid in every photo we took at the ceremony. Three months later I went to have it cleaned and the jeweler said my stones were not set correctly so he couldn't use the ultrasonic machine to clean it. Three months after that, my center stone (a one carat black diamond) almost fell out, sinking down into the setting in a way I didn't think possible. Thankfully my husband told me the jeweler said he would size it or fix it if anything went wrong... I went in today to see if he could fix it, no rush needed. I was talking with a lovely lady who worked there, moments away from spending at least one to two hundred dollars on a moldavite ring or stone, when I decided to not support a business which does not back its sellers and craftsmen under their name. David didn't give me the time of day and wouldn't even talk about fixing his mistake for less than $30. He could have said $5 and i still would've walked. With the way the world is, can't we agree we should only support people who have pride in their work and honor their word? Now I have to find someone else who will touch his work, which is done quite unconventionally. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS MAN. He does not care about you, or about the value of his word, or the impact your piece of jewelry you commissioned him to make has on you.
