The office is on the first floor. Easy to locate. Restrooms outside the office. Check in can be done on your phone or in the office. I checked in and then went up to show my ID to prove who I was. There is another sheet to complete and then you go back to the dressing rooms. Got into the exam top. Encouraged to take purse with you as their cabinets do not lock yet. Shown into waiting room. Sat there until was led into imaging room. The imaging assistant was so friendly and personable. She was also very gentle with the machine. Didn't squeeze the life out of me. He examined and prescribed best ways to take care and heal my wrist. The associates in the office were friendly and caring - Kristina, Bianca and Ricardo. Good parking in shared lot.
