There were two entrances to get into the parking lot and once you are parked, the building is right there. The entrance to the building faces Observation Drive. Once parked, enter building 20410, walk up the stairs, go right and WRA will be the 2nd entrance on your right (glass doors). Enter, check in and have a seat. The employees I interacted with were very pleasant, especially the lady at the front desk. Had a great conversation. Once your name is called, you will get the opportunity to check your items into a wooden locker (you are in charge of the key during your appointment). As you check out and retrieve your items, you then just leave the key on the outside of the locker (how you saw it before accessing it). There is signage providing where to dispose of your gown after your appointment. This location has been opened for a year (shared by one of the employees) and just based on service, experience, and location, I will definitely be back for sure.

Received a text shortly thereafter confirming appointment and requesting I fill out forms online, which I did. Arrived this morning at 8:15 am for my 8:30 am appointment and was greeted. Paid my copay, waited a few minutes and was called for the exam. Process was explained and person performing the testing was professional. I left the facility at around 8:40 am and got a text at 9:10 am that the results were on my portal. Is every experience going to be this quick and smooth? Of course, a lot depends on how busy the facility is, the nature of the test (my test only took 10 minutes) and the availability of a radiologist to read the results and write a report. But that was my experience today, and, based on that, I highly recommend this facility.

In this case that is not what happened. There was a problem and she took care of it. The goal of Yelp is consumer information and to alert consumers of good businesses. This is a very good business. They made a mistake. And they fixed it.

I did have a bit of trouble finding the right person to speak to on the phone. I'll say that the two women women working at the receptionist desk during my visit were extremely nice. Setting an appointment was a breeze, and CRA provides an option to complete all of your paperwork online before your visit. Checking in was also a breeze. Although I arrived about 20 minutes before my check in time (just as a just in case since I was a 1st time patient), they let me start my MRI a bit early, which was great. Just like the women at reception, the MRI team were super nice too. The facilities were quite clean and looked maintained. However, I was a little concerned that the warm water in the restroom was white even after running the water for a couple of minutes. CRA/medical park has a decent number of free parking spaces, which is becoming more rare these days, so that's one less thing to worry about. Actually, the parking situation is why I arrived earlier than my check in time, because it seems impossible to find free parking in this area. Fortunately, you will not have that problem at CRA.

Here it is at 15 days and not only do I have no results, but now they're telling me there's no record of me ever having the NIPT test done. Everyone I spoke to today was rude and unhelpful, which is disgusting to me. You work with sensitive pregnant people during a difficult time of life, and your staff is choosing to mistreat them, lie to them, then refuse to accept responsibility and fix their mistakes? The office was unwilling to expedite lab results, and were also unwilling to perform an ultrasound for me to make up for what the NIPT test was even for. I'm very disappointed that my ObGyn refers people to this horrible place, and plan on refusing to return until something is done to rectify this situation. They will say anything and everything to avoid taking responsibility and admitting I was lied to, it's always simply a "miscommunication." No, it's a lie. Call it what it is, grow up and fix it. Unfortunately, about a month later I was diagnosed with cancer when my symptoms got worse. I did not have any expectations that this was the same as a diagnostic CT and my cancer was not a solid tumor type so I was not surprised nothing was found on the Virtual Physical. However, when deciding on whether to spend such a large amount of money, people should know that this type of scan won't catch certain physical problems.

They took down my info and I was on my way to see the doctor in 15 minutes. The waiting area was small but clean. Photos were not allowed in the examination room but the rooms were a bit worn but sanitary for a doctors office). I was first seen by a PA who assessed my situation, asked questions and did a preliminary check. I was then told to wait and a friendly and knowledgeable physician came to explain the diagnosis (thankfully I'm good) and next steps should I continue to experience similar or new symptoms. They both put my mind at ease and we're thorough in their assessment of my situation. Overall positive experience. No one wants to go to the doctor but it's always easier when the staff at the doctors office are warm and inviting. Thanks guys!

This place does so many…read morethings right, including: (1) the ease of making a same-day online appointment; (2) a convenient location with adequate parking; (3) a modern and clean facility with a friendly receptionist, a water bottle filling station, and complementary tissues / masks / water / snacks; and (4) competent medical staff and doctors who really do seem like they enjoy their job. They really seem to go above and beyond at this place. For example, after the medical assistant took my vitals and exited the room, I started coughing / hacking uncontrollably. She heard me and came back in and proactively offered me one of their free bottled waters, which I very much appreciated. Also, when the PA/doctor later came in and I told her my symptoms and how I had tried to self-treat with some old Rx meds I had on hand (on the recommendation of my mom, who is also a nurse), she actually commended me for doing that, re-upped my Rx, and told me to keep going. Although it was no fun to be sick right before the December holidays, this place made treating that sickness less stressful than the typical urgent care. I give this place 5 stars -- maybe even 6!

Both the nurse as well as the doctor were fantastic. The doctor didn't rush, and instead took an appropriate amount of time to discuss and perform an exam. I'd definitely visit this practice again. It was such a better experience than other urgent care providers I've had to use in the area. Everything was clean and appeared well maintained.
