He looked at me and asked my last name. I told him, and he said, "you forgot an item here last time." They held a $6 weatherstrip for me behind the counter for a month in a box labeled with my name on it that I had forgotten during my previous visit. Let's take a step back. It took me 3 months and 3+ phone calls to get our license plate from them. We were cancelled on the day we were supposed to pick up.
