Over the course of that time, Warren, Ben and I spoke on the phone about plans to get it in my hands. they were very responsive, always made the time to call me back and even offered shipping options but I ultimately wanted to make the trip down to get it in person. I'm glad i made that choice! Warren took really great care of me during my visit; getting fitted and offering great advice on what I would need in the future if I made any changes to my riding style. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. I'd definitely make more trips down just to get my bike serviced if needed by this great team! Jeff, the owner, has always been great--super helpful, knowledgeable, and always willing to take the time to answer our questions. Five years later they've moved into a bigger location, and our boys still love riding over to The Hub Bike Shop. I swear we've probably bought over 20 inner tubes from them by now. The entire staff is so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond, whether it's helping with a repair, fixing a flat, or just making the kids feel welcome. It's more than just a bike shop. I currently ride an AMFLOW eMTB, and my wife wanted something of her own so she could join the fun. On Sunday, we stopped by Trek Westlake Village and were greeted by Danny. I explained what my wife was looking for and some of the bikes we had considered in the past. Danny was incredible from start to finish. His communication, professionalism, and overall knowledge were outstanding. He took the time to give us a detailed overview of the brand, the store, and our options, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. The store itself is beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. They had the bike my wife wanted, although it still needed to be assembled, and she also picked up some accessories and clothing for her new bike. Danny even offered to have the bike delivered, but I decided to purchase a Kuat rack, which they also carried and helped build out for me. By Monday afternoon, everything was ready, and my wife could not have been happier with her choice. On pickup day, I also met Paul, who assisted Danny, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. We were able to get in a light 10-mile ride, and they truly made my wife's weekend. I can't recommend Trek Westlake Village enough.
