I explained what my wife was looking for and some of the bikes we had considered in the past. Danny was incredible from start to finish. His communication, professionalism, and overall knowledge were outstanding. He took the time to give us a detailed overview of the brand, the store, and our options, and made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. The store itself is beautiful, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. They had the bike my wife wanted, although it still needed to be assembled, and she also picked up some accessories and clothing for her new bike. Danny even offered to have the bike delivered, but I decided to purchase a Kuat rack, which they also carried and helped build out for me. By Monday afternoon, everything was ready, and my wife could not have been happier with her choice. On pickup day, I also met Paul, who assisted Danny, and he was a pleasure to work with as well. We were able to get in a light 10-mile ride, and they truly made my wife's weekend. I can't recommend Trek Westlake Village enough. I was the one to ask about spare tubes and accessories and he was great about answering my questions and only providing me the parts and tools that I asked for.
