I was having issues with my road bike tire and the staff at All Pro helped me out. Bikes are one of those things that you shouldn't order parts for off Amazon, but I tried anyways and it didn't work out. I didn't catch his name, but the older gentleman with long hair quickly installed a new inner tub and got my wheel on in under 10 minutes. Normally this shop is awesome, over the weekend was a different story. We Came in Saturday looking to purchase 3 bikes. We were greeted after about 5 min and were told that all the bikes on the floor were repairs and not for sale. Repeatedly told in a very stern way. Not friendly one bit. My son who is 6 actually found a Trek bike that was his size and was for sale still. We stood there for almost 10 min looking at it and trying to get attention of 2 not busy employees. With no success we walked out and I l said I will not be back to this store. We left and drove to Trek in porter ranch where we purchased 3 new trek bikes, helmets and accessories. I understand low inventory. What I don't understand is poor customer service. Possibly ask what we were looking for...maybe we could have ordered it through your shop and kept the money spent in Simi Valley. Sadly that didn't happen. I know everyone has an off day here and there but to be blatantly Ignored while looking at a $300 bike for a 6 year old is beyond me. Best of luck in the future. read more

I'm an avid cyclist. My bike needs all the care it can get. All Pro is the place to go! Rhyme intended Seriously tho, I got a flat recently and needed to fix it quick. I called them up and was pleasantly surprised that they were open, especially in a time like this. 30 min later, I arrived to the shop and was kinda taken back by their repair station. Absolutely LEGIT! They took only 20 min to fix! Perfection!! Total cost was $40 $23 for a new tire $8 for a tube replacement $5 for labor It can't get better than that! read more

at first my granddaughter was apprehensive about being fitted for a helmet. She quickly decided she wanted a pink helmet, but she wouldn't let the guy at the store size one up for her. So the young man called his mom, who also worked there - possibly the owners, I'm not sure as this was my first time in the shop - and sure enough "mom" was able to gain my granddaughter's trust and after trying several pink and purple helmets, we found the perfect one to fit my granddaughter's little noggin. It's not often that you find great personal service nowadays but you can certainly find it here at All Pro Bicycle Shop. I use a manual wheel chair and had a flat tire. Bike shops typically don't stock the tire and tube sizes I need. I ordered tubes online and took them to the shop to be replaced. As you might imagine, I'm stranded without wheels. My wife took the wheels, tires and new tubes to the store. Shaun and Allen stopped what they were doing and replaced both tubes. I was rolling again in less than an hour!! Super helpful team over there. Went in because I bought a used bike and needed it to get a thorough look over before I hit the road for long rides. They gave me a quick consultation on what they'll do and a expected price range. The turn around time was way better than any other shop around. At the end they gave me a call letting me know it was done. I came in and they went over everything the did, adjustments, parts replaced, etc. I noticed they even redid my grip tape because it was sliding over time. Super awesome people and honest shop. Al l Pro Bicycle Shop is Simi's Trek and Gary Fisher dealer. The shop is well organized and the selection of bikes and accessories is quite extensive. Prices seem to be fair in comparison to other bike shops around town. So when I needed some work done on a bike I decided to give All Pro a chance. I dropped off my lady's bike for a new tube and a couple of other small tweaks. I was told I would receive a phone call when everything was ready which worked fine in my busy schedule that day. However I failed to receive a call later that day or the next. I decided call myself (on the 2nd day) to see if the bike was ready. Apparently it was ready but by phone call seemed to have fallen between the cracks. No biggie. I quickly drove over to the shop just before closing and paid for the service. As I was wheeling the bike out I noticed the kick stand I requested (and had already paid for) was not on the bike. I went back in and had them finish the work. They were very accommodating and quickly attached the kickstand. They weren't too overly apologetic with the 2 small mishaps with my bike. Maybe it was because my transaction was small potatoes but I felt a bit under appreciated. With that said I might be back because I haven't been overly impressed with the other shops around town. Well, just got back from my third ride in less than a week and I still can't seem to get this grin of my face. I love my new Trek Domane, with its red paint and big tires. Who knew that big tires could be so fast and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the entire purchasing experience at All Pro Bikes was just that. The bike was set up exactly the way I wanted it. I've paid big money for bike fits in the past with lots of gadgets. When Gina pulled out her wooden measuring devices I thought I was going to spend more money someplace else for a proper fit. It is predictable, the owner now accuses me of things that I did not do. She labels my interaction as verbally aggressive I'm not even sure what that means but I was not. Nor did I ever say the words "liar" to them. Their story about me coming in and being all aggressive is false, I just wanted my tubes replaced and I apologize as the manager demanded. If anything, they were being rude to me, and everything that I said was 100% accurate. They just don't care about customer service and take no responsibility for when they don't treat a customer right. Sometimes they charge $10 sometimes $15 for labor. That is a fact. It is unscrupulous. I hope people will get a clue and not put up with their extreme rudeness and unwillingness to do the slightest service of changing inner tubes. It's pathetic but they get all out of bent out of shape if a customer simply calls them out on it and request Fair treatment. It is their unwillingness and possibly discrimination against people they label dishonest from the beginning that caused drama. I believe it was because I was hispanic. I had a flat tire a few miles away from the shop, I changed it, and then the back hydraulic disc brake didn't work (I had turned bike upside down to change the tire).
