My son was sitting pretty still for most of the haircut, but the stylist blamed his movement for the uneven spots and poor haircut. There were several bad spots left in his hair, and he also ended up with a small cut behind his ear, which was especially upsetting. I understand that cutting a child's hair can be challenging, but I expected more patience, care, and a friendlier attitude from someone working with kids. Everything was great during the cut. They put on his favorite TV show and gave him toys to play with. I was happy with how it looked at the end. However, I was unaware that his hair HAD to be slicked back like that - I uploaded during the haircut, right after for a photo, and right after a store 10 mins later (you can tell it's all the same day because he's wearing the same outfit). Angela also provided a quick shoulder massage too. After, you're taken back out to the front to the general public area to get your hair dried.
