I was greeted by a woman at the front desk who was nice enough and I asked if they could get me in without an appointment, she had asked one of the other barbers if they could take me, and they were able to squeeze me in. I was introduced to Sam as the barber who would be taking care of me, and let me tell you I have never had a barber with as much overflowing good vibes, charisma, and enthusiasm as her. From the beginning to the end she was so incredibly kind and welcoming, it was like it was my twentieth visit on my first. Vibes aside, what matters even more is can she cut hair. To keep it short, the answer is 1000% yes. Without exaggeration it was one of the best haircuts I have gotten in my life, and even more to her credit I gave her some basic direction of what I wanted and told her to just make it look good and cleaner. She truly went above and beyond. The shop itself is clean and well decorated, however it can be difficult to get through the chaos of the in n out line, but dont let that discourage you from coming here. Pricing was right in line with what you would expect, it was something like mid $30s for a haircut, plus I got some add-ons like a beard trim etc, my whole package was $61 before tip. Typically I bounce around for haircuts, but I think I will only be coming here from now on as long as Sam is still there.

However, the last few months or so there have been no receptionists in sight and I come at 5pm after work on weekdays. Because Anna is the manager she has to walk away from cutting my hair at least 5 times per visit to answer phone calls (which take like 2-3 minutes on average) and check people in and answer their questions. I'm not frustrated at her. There really aren't enough hours to go around for a receptionist during busy weeknights? The usual 35 minute appointment drags to almost an hour every time now due to her being pulled away constantly. That's not enjoyable for customers that come before or after me. I'm trying to have a relatively quick haircut after a long day of work and would like to get home. Starting to leave a pretty sour taste that this keeps happening. Also, since there is no one to occupy the front desk, I've seen guys get up from their waiting seats and literally walk behind the desk to look at the scheduling screen to investigate when they'll be seen because there's no receptionist to ask anything to!!! The stylists are focusing on cutting people's hair, they can't be expected to do everything at once. Embarrassing for such a large chain to drop standards like this and expect it to be ok with customers.

Starting with a skin fade, it progressed in 1/2 increments, and he gave me a more sophisticated look than what I had even asked for! The shave was awesome. I had a full beard, and he left my face as smooth as a baby bottom. It was relaxing, invigorating, and well worth it!
