Keli sent a team of 4 and in 4 hours they had space planned the kitchen, unpacked all three boxes, and put everything away. Then they moved into the playroom where they organized and put away all the toys and started on 2 kids rooms and my closet! I was blown away with how much they got done in such a short time. I plan to have them back once all of our belongings arrive to do the garage and office!

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!

Five hours later and the majority of our items have not been moved into our new house. Because they showed up at 11:30 instead of 9:00 am it is now evening. They were the SLOWEST crew of young boys who were pleasant but don't quite understand what hard work means. It is now later in the evening and the 'manager' says they can't finish, which leaves us completely stranded. The boy in charge at the move was apologetic and said they would finish tomorrow. The 'Manager' texted and said they will not be finishing tomorrow and will not call us back. Do not believe their quote. Do not believe their timeline. Do not believe they are professionals. Do not believe the job will actually get done. And do not believe they will actually show up on time.

I took photos and sent them to Alpine Moving, the first thing they asked in a derogatory manner "well, are you sure they weren't scratched before the move?". I had taken pictures and sent them to Alpine. One person (Sam) said twice they would come out and look at the damage, they didn't. I spoke to others in the company (many call) one was Alec he said "what do you want out of this?" I said I wanted someone to come out and look at the damage, he said no. He said "what do you want out of this? What is your ballpark". we keep this back and forth exchange with no resolution. He said they couldn't help me because their employee said they were careful. One piece of furniture I had delivered to my previous apartment, no damage and it took the movers less than 5 minutes to get into place. Alpine movers moving the same piece of furniture took over 30 minutes to get into the room (same layout in both apartments). The Alpine Mover had the piece of furniture turned sideways, backed into another room, sliding across floor and couldn't figure out how it get it in the room. The piece of custom painted furniture sustained damage on bun feet and bent hinges so the doors do not close properly. Today after several phone call in which Alpine said they couldn't help me I asked that their insurance adjuster come out and look at the damage. Alec said okay. I'll believe it when I see it. Their "Crew" consisted of one full time employee and one temp hire. They did not use enough blankets; stacked things precariously; bumped into door frames; scraped down the hallway coming in. The people I talked to on the phone were extremely rude and crude (except Sam who only made empty promises). So the saga continues, ; will an adjuster come out; will I ever get a call back?..... DON'T USE ALPINE MOVING AT ANY COST!

We just used this organization for the 2nd time, moving across the city. They handled all of our furniture and boxes with care and were fast! Like I mean, running back and forth from the truck inside. Apart from the great work, the mission of this organization is so amazing. The leader of our move spent some time telling us about how TOS has changed his life. He's 21, so articulate, truly turning his life around, he's going to go so far. I'm so impressed with the program and am so happy to support them. Keep up the amazing work!!

They also used less materials which brought the quote down by a few hundred bucks so that was awesome. They even helped me move a heavy item I already had in my garage up to my main floor off the clock! They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that. They just did my move today so I haven't unpacked yet, but I haven't noticed any damages so far to the furniture. The reviews really do speak for themselves and they will have a customer for life.

They expertly moved my Amish custom-made, sold oak furniture among other things. I was very pleased with the affordability too. Years passed, then stupidity hit. My own. We needed to move again and I hired another moving company. The worst experience ever! They were angry, rude, and unprofessional AND they damaged my prized Amish entertainment center when they dropped it. I was heartbroken! The repairs made were laughable. Fast forward to spring of 2020, I needed to relocate again and the first thing I did was look up A Good Moving Co. To my relief, they were still in business. I called and Cipriano gave me upfront pricing. It was still affordable and he was willing to reserve a spot for me on his calendar for an August move. I really appreciated knowing I could check this off my to-do list. Fast forward to July/August...Cipriano's staff confirmed arrival a week or two before. On moving day, I received a text giving me a status update and anticipated arrival time. When Jeff and Levi showed up, we reconfirmed pricing (10% discount for cash payments), my budget, and the items to be moved. Both men were exceptional to work with. I cannot say enough about how hard they both worked to expertly and efficiently move my household. They took great care with my things as they hauled them down flights of stairs, around corners, and through doorways. I was a bit shell shocked when the bill arrived because these men managed to move me a full two hours less than what was anticipated, saving me $300 (not including tip). I couldn't have been more pleased. Cipriano did get one thing wrong...he should've named his company: A Great Moving Co. They're stellar, absolutely, positively stellar. P.S., if you need to move, be sure to specifically ask for Jeff and Levi. They're amazing. You won't be disappointed.

This week I moved again, and despite the snowstorm, Marcos and Jeremy showed up right on time and handled everything with the same professionalism and care I've experienced each time before. What sets this company apart is Cipriano -- he personally confirms the crew, communicates clearly, and is always flexible and fair. I never deal with call centers or robots; it's always a real human conversation, and he takes care of things within minutes. The move was fast, smooth, and honest, just like every other experience I've had with them. I highly recommend A Good Moving Company to anyone who wants movers who actually care and consistently deliver.
