Have used Tire Tracks at least 6 times and always had excellent service at a fair price.

I had 2 flat tires and had to be towed to get new ones put on. I'm so glad I called Tire Tracks because they had me back on the road in no time! All the staff was so helpful, friendly and made me feel I could trust them. I will be taking my Acura there for Ll Future maintenance now! I came in for a tire plug, got exactly what I needed. The workers were very friendly and understanding, and fixed the tire in a fairly decent amount of time. Went to other tire shops first and they didn't even try to fix it, went to Tire Tracks and they fixed it with no issue and for a cheap price. If I have issues in the future I will definitely be returning. Great job to the guys at Tire Tracks! read more

Back again! Happy to report, same great experience as my last visit. These guys are all about the customer and are on top of CDC regulations for COVID-19. Daughter hit a curb and blew out a tire. I was calling from out of state to get her to a shop that had a tire. They were very helpful, even calling me back about a couple things. Very nice and very prompt service. Makes you feel good especially with an out of state college student that they will be taken care of without being taken advantage of. read more

Called on a Friday to make an appointment for Saturday. Guy said no need to make an appointment just drop by between 9-1 and we'll get you in and out. Showed up at 9am Saturday. Waited 2 hours and watched 4 cars pull in and get serviced as they arrived. Maybe they had appointments and were prioritized, maybe this maybe that... Garbage. read more

i went here to have them replace driver side cv axle, got it back, and it make a popping noise when i put in reverse and drive i went to them about it and they said the noise didnt have anything to do with what they did with axle, They were telling me i need motor mounts thats whats causing the noise, i also had a shimming in the car as well we you get up above 60 they told me i need to have tires balance to get rid of that so i did still didnt solve the problem. They told me to go to another source to have my motor mounts checked i did and they tell me there was nothing wrong with motor mounts, that the noice was coming from that axle they replaced saying it might me a bad axle. so i go back to them about. they were all pissing saying that wasnt the problem but they would replace under warranty issue. So they replaced it the popping noise stopped, and no more shimming, but the manager was being an ass about the whole thing. I asked him after all the repairs were done and it back to working about tire size and he tells me i can look them up but we want replace them for you. So needless to say i will not be going back to that store. read more

These guys were great! My tire had gone flat and I was late for a meeting for work. They thought they might be able to plug it, but I had driven on it for too far. So they put a new tire on it in pronto time. It was a great job - they were quick and responsive to questions. And the price was great!!! Best of all, I made it to my meeting on time! read more

no point in making an appointment they will put you in when they feel like it. people who got here after me have gotten in when there was very few cars when i arrived. at my appointment time!!! and i heard someone say they were told 45 mins to an hour and i've already been waiting for an hour and a half. i was even 10 mins early. you're better off driving further for another tire tracks or another business. read more

Got a new vehicle and drove up from Florida. Low tire pressure warning. After going to another shop and waiting for 15 minutes with no recognition at all I called this shop. Martin was super nice and scheduled me in and gave me directions. I only waited a few minutes before I got my tires looked at. Found a nail puncture. They repaired it quickly and I was on my way. We have just recently moved back to the area and I needed new tires for a Lexus IS 300...I had put two new sets (national name brand) on the car in the past five years, averaging about 25,000 miles per set - at a considerable cost. I went to Tire Tracks and the salesman suggested I try Nexen tires that carry incredible reviews, guarantees, and roughly half the price I had been paying. They charged me $20/ea just to put tires on wheels. Not off the car, not breaking them down, not disposing of anything, not mounting them, JUST to put rubber on the wheels and balance them. read more

Took my car in for new tires and they broke a stud off the tire and told my wife that I had to pay for the part and labor. They said I had to take the car to the dealership due to the make of the car and that they would not be responsible for the damage done to my vehicle. In the conversation I asked to see a copy of their liability policy in the event a customers vehicle was damaged by a technician. They did not provide one said it was basically at their discretion. The consumer is not protected in establishments like this. They also said that as they were in the process of removing the tire they realized that there was a potential risk of further damage if they continued and they said they tried to contact my wife to let her know what was happening and to advise of the situation but they could not reach her. So they made the decision to proceed with the service and that is when the stud was broken. They proceeded without my knowledge or authorization which puts them in liability. The owner was condescending and insulting when I called to get a resolution to the problem. They constantly tried to put the blame on someone else and would not take responsibility for their work and the damage done to my vehicle. I would strongly recommend not going to this establishment because a reputable and respectable company will stand behind their work and honor the oldest code of business...The Customer is Priority!! When I tried to give them an opportunity to remedy the situation again they said I was being disorderly and disrupting business. I was not belligerent, threatening or violent in any way and they called the police to have me escorted from the business. Not a way to do business!! I do not recommend or respect this company for the way they handle customers and the inefficient and inadequate policies they have to protect the consumer. read more

Called on a Thursday afternoon to see if they had 2 used tires in the size I need. They said they have 4 and the springdale store had 2. The next morning I arrived and was told they never told me they had my size in used but could sell me some way overpriced new tires. I showed them their number I called still in my phone log and theexact price information they gave me for the used tires they claimed to have. They were just trying to get me in the door to try to sell me new overpriced tires. read more

Terrible customer service. I dropped my car off for an alignment and a set of tires knowing my tires were in terrible shape and definitely needed replaced because wires were starting to show. There was also a slight shake whenever I increased my speed above 50 mph. I waited all day for them to call to let me know it was ready and they never did. I showed up to see if it was ready and the guy at the counter blamed everyone else for not calling me. After having it all day they refused to do any work to it and told me that I needed to have multiple things replaced on it, such as tire rods, brakes, etc before they would align it or install new tires and that those issues were causing it to shake. They gave me an estimate of the items they could repair there and recommended I have the other items repaired by Car Clinic. I decided to have a second option and took it to another local shop where I was told it only needed an alignment and new tires because one of the tires was separating which was causing it to shake. I had new tires installed and have not had any issues or shaking in it since replacing them. I would not recommend this place because it seems like they're wanting you to do costly repairs to your vehicle when they're unnecessary. Plus the customer service is awful. read more
