Over the years, the tattoo has faded significantly, I thought for a long time about having it touched up to bring out some of the detail again. On a whim, I stopped at Inkings and spoke with the owner Keith. He sat down with me, and within an hour or so he had created something on his iPad that was beyond my wildest imagination. He could've just traced what was already there and made his money because that's what I originally asked for but he wanted me to have something that I'd be really happy with. He started throwing ideas at me and before you knew it I was getting a tattoo that I'm beyond thrilled with. After we finished the first session We started throwing around ideas about other things that we could do with this tattoo. I loved that he seemed as excited about it as I did I highly recommend InKings and specifically Keith. He's really invested in what he does.

I also believe that one bad experience should not be held accountable for the entire business. I went to my rescheduled appt and had Ben Wight do my tattoo at their new location in High Falls (which is awesome btw). He did an amazing job. So friendly and personable and his artwork is great! Well worth the wait! The entire staff was nice nice and friendly, including the receptionist. Can't wait to back for more work. I first went to…read morehim about two years ago to get the tattoo on the right, which is a photo of a pittie I became very attached to at Posh Pets Rescue in Long Beach. I wanted something to memorialize him, so I went to Dylan, who did the amazing job you see below. Two years later I decided to memorialize my dog Max in the same way. And the job Dylan did on that one (the photo on the left) is even more incredible. The photos that Dylan worked off of are also shown below, so you can see just how amazing his work is. The tattoo of Max is so lifelike it's scary. The cost for this amazing artwork is more than reasonable. I showed him some photos, we talked concepts and I knew this was right. I was certain Tommy could take a picture and copy it, but sometimes you should let an artist do what they do best-create. When I came for my appointment Tommy had 2 rendering-one that was what I was thinking and one that was what I was thinking times 10...Tommy the artist made my vision even better.
