My dog is shy with men generally but not with Jose because he has good, calm energy that dogs pick up on.

5 STARS!!!!! OMG... there are not enough words to describe…read morehow AMAZING and SPECTACULAR this place is. No exaggeration it is without doubt the BEST boarding facility of all time and is the only place I will ever use. Max is so wonderful; I trust him 100% with the care of my dogs. After 10 years of not taking a vacation we finally decided to go away to celebrate my 50th birthday. After visiting tons of boarding facilities and even interviewing people to house set I was left hopeless because no one let me feeling confident with leaving my pets with them. We were on the verge on canceling the entire trip and miraculously I found Teo and Friends. It was an absolute blessing! Max allowed me to do a pre visit and spent so much time explaining the boarding facility. The play area is very large and extremely clean. The dogs are constantly supervised, have lots of outside time, are crated at night, are fed according to how you request, and there is no way any dog could escape or be in harms way. Max sent updates, photos and videos every day of their stay which gave me a peace of mind. My five dogs love being there. Even though they have their own pack Max did a phenomenal job introducing them to other dogs. My dogs were not interested in socializing much so Max gave them their own pack time together. What I love most is I never worry about the welfare of my dogs while they are in the hands of Max. He is extremely professional, is very accommodating, the dogs welfare is his number one priority, and it is so obvious he loves dogs and my dogs love him. They get all excited when they know they are going to stay at Teo and Friends. Another thing definitely worth noting is Max is always finding ways to improve the facility. Since finding this place we have been able to go on multiple getaways because I know my dogs are safe, happy, and well taken care of. I am very thankful for Teo and Friends Boarding and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Ruby, Lily, Penquin, Monkey, and Daisy are also very thankful and look forward to their next stay.

The amount of love, patience, communication, and genuine care they give them is something really rare. You can tell they truly care about the animals they watch and pay attention to each dog individually instead of treating them like "just another dog." My dogs are always happy, comfortable, loved, and excited when they see them, which honestly says more than anything I could write. Having peace of mind knowing my babies are safe and genuinely cared for means everything to me. I'm incredibly grateful for T&F and truly could not recommend them more.

While I do appreciate the fact that Alaina offered to refund her fee, I was trying to be nice and thought that she had given us her time, etc. However, after some time away from the situation and after attending MUCH cheaper / MORE helpful classes at our local PetCo, I now know that we didn't get really anything out of the two partial days she spent with us. Lesson learned. First example, she contradicted herself on more than one occasion confusing us and maybe even herself. We rescued a puppy from a shelter, a puppy that had been in quarantine and had come from another high kill shelter. She told us to get over where the puppy came from because the puppy got over it already...however she sites Pavlov and how dogs learn from positive reinforcement but how can they only learn from the positive, don't they also learn from the negative?? She admitted that she misspoke and didn't mean to. She mentioned that during our meetings, she has limited time so she sometimes rushes through things. Not good. Second example, on to our first actual meeting (the consultation), she spent AT LEAST 1/2 of ours telling us about how she had clients that lived in $10 million dollar homes and other similar comments, as if this would impress us, really?? It felt a little slimly, used car salesperson anyone?? She did not give us the full two hours 'we didn't need it'. Third example, she wanted to take my dog for the day, I do not know where and was very confused because she hadn't made this clear to me. She said she didn't have enough time during our training sessions to really work with the dog. For whatever reason, this made me very uncomfortable. How are we going to work with our dog if we are not there?? I think she was probably going to take the dog to her trainer because she was more than a little perplexed by our crazy puppy. * Her walking technic would have killed the dog if we had implemented it. She wanted us to pivot the other way when she pulled. This would have never worked with our dog. * Walking should be fun, not THAT MUCH work for the dog or us! * The 'bonk' she wanted us to smack the puppy with pissed the dog off to no end, created more anxiety in all of us and the dog. * There is not a one size fits all for training any dog. * She sites 'bad dogs' for barking at her dogs while walking or standing in front of them. These 'bad dogs' are on their property, behind a gate. Why are they bad?? Aren't dogs supposed to bark at times? My dog, without her help, walks by similar barking dogs every day, looks at them and keeps walking. * We felt that she was always watching the clock, not really giving us the full hour training we expected. Live and learn. I have learned, love our local PetCo, Bridgitte gets our crazy dog and loves her.

I was still using a choke chain.), and the older Boxer snapped at old folks from the assisted living home at the end of our block! Alaina first gave me some wonderful background on the prong collar, brought two prong collars with her, and promptly began getting my dogs used to the collar. We took the dogs on a walk together where she showed me how to properly apply pressure, how to "ask" my dogs to sit, and how to wear out my dogs mentally with tasks during the walk since it's really tough to walk them far enough to physically wear them out. Months later, it is a joy to walk my dogs! They sit when I "ask", they know commands, they are tuned in to me, and my husband and I agree that we both feel more in control of our dogs with the prong collars on. I even feel safe to take our Boxers on playdates with my 6 year olds friends because they listen so attentively now, along with the effectiveness of the collars. Having well behaved dogs has made me love them even more and for that I am really grateful!

The sitters who watched my cat took detailed notes and lots of photos, there was great detail in the reports. The sitters followed my instructions to a tee. We had an issue with my lockbox but they were so gracious and kind as we worked through it together. They spoiled him in his last days. On the final day it was reported my kitty had thrown up. When I got home he had not improved and I brought him to the vet. Unfortunately, his cancer had spread and I had to say goodbye. This had nothing to do with the care VPS gave Archer. In fact, I think the care they gave him helped him wait for me. When I am ready for a furry friend again, I will be using this company and will recommend them to all my friends.

I panicked. I kept thinking I made the wrong decision because I had several business trips planned, and several days at work where I just couldn't be at home to let him out for a potty break and keep consistency with his time to play, rest, and potty train. I heard about Valley Pet Sitting years ago when I had my first precious boy, but although I called them, it turned out I didn't need them because I had family that could pitch in when I was away. They literally saved my life with my new puppy. They come to the house and give me a play-by-play of everything they did with my puppy (including taking pictures and videos of him playing in the backyard with them) on their app. They also use a Gio tag so you can see where they are when you pooch goes for a walk or just plays in the backyard. The sitters are kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. They asked me every detail about how I take care of him and what's important to me in my home to make sure they don't leave anything disturbed. They even called to make sure that it was OK for him to be on the couch when he made a decision to take a nap during a visit. They are exceedingly responsive and reasonably price for the quality of care and peace of mind I get from their support. I love this company and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family in need of Pet Sitting.

She made my transition into a first time dog owner such a positive experience and more importantly set a solid foundation for my pup to grow up to be a well behaved, happy dog. We learned basic commands (sit, stay, leave it, come, bed, down), potty training, crate and playpen training, leash training, and so much more in just a few sessions.
