He listened intently and gave me a thoughtful recommendation -- and I chose a carpet that was very high quality without breaking the bank! He also gave me lots of great advice on maintaining the carpet, and walked me through other options that would be far less costly and far more costly so I could truly weigh all my options. From there, he ordered the carpet right away and kept me updated on its delivery. I also gave William my ideal time frame, and his colleague Miguel got the job done nearly a week early! Plus, Miguel tentatively said the actual carpeting would take 8-9 hours, but he and his team got it done in only 5 hours.
