He listened intently and gave me a thoughtful recommendation -- and I chose a carpet that was very high quality without breaking the bank! From there, he ordered the carpet right away and kept me updated on its delivery. I also gave William my ideal time frame, and his colleague Miguel got the job done nearly a week early! Plus, Miguel tentatively said the actual carpeting would take 8-9 hours, but he and his team got it done in only 5 hours.
