In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise! The tech came to my new address, refuse to install new Internet cable because he said there is no "underground conduit" from the utility box to my house, and he left. Later, the landlord told me there is an old Xfinity conduit connect the main box to my house, and this tech just plain know nothing. I have to reschedule the 2nd visit a week later, and turn out, a tech never show up, even though the customer service confirm with me the appointment on the Xfinity app. I call to cancel the service on the same day because I don't want to pay for the service I never have. The refund credit of $39.99 was posted and confirmed on my email, but the refund for the service I paid $60 is still pending in the mystery if they actually refund it or just "steal" from me. What a shit show company. Stay away, people. I am living in San Jose, CA for anyone preference.

I explained to Shawn my problem and he was willing to troubleshoot and assist me. Do to me having a doctors appointment, Shawn told me to call back when it was convenient for me. I called Shawn the following week and without any hesitation he began troubleshooting my camera system over the phone. Shawn was so nice, he suggested I order my parts from Amazon and when they arrive , to give him a call back and he talked me through the procedure of replacing the parts and formatting my hard drive, he fixed my system over the phone.
