Our company contracted Aegis Painting to paint the office of one of our commercial tenants. Everything was agreed to in writing and Aegis completed the job. Upon completion of the job, we promptly paid Aegis for the work as agreed to in writing. Unfortunately, the tenant requested that Aegis complete the job so as to minimize disruption to their business operations. This resulted in additional cost to the job which Wyatt never received written approval from us for nor from the tenant. After the job was completed, he asked us to pay the additional expense to which we respectfully declined as we never agreed to the added costs. We paid him what was owed which apparently wasn't enough and he insisted that we pay the overage which we never agreed to. To all reading he did say they would pressure wash and come back to paint. However I gave him the paint color I wanted not once but twice. He brought out 3 colors none close to what I wanted and because I said I kinda liked the one when it was wet he took that as I wanted that color. No where did he have in writing the color I wanted except the text pictures of color I requested. He was not returning for 3-4 days because of rain yet goes and buys (supposedly) the color he was forcing on me and when I suggested him he use that for another job quote: "I live in apartment and have no place to store" so where did he store those days? Also he started to judge he purchases base by pallet for savings, so where does he store that? If you work with this guy I suggest you get everything put on paper first, color included before and just so you know I had to pay for damage he did my house when he pressure washed and left the job! Now he refuses to give me the paint I am being forced to pay for, think he used it on another job and may be double dipping on me!!!! read more

He showed up to quote our project on time, he was thorough and informative regarding the different types of paints he could offer, and educated us on the best practices for painting various elements of the house. We had our home painted this week and we're so happy with the results! We've done a lot of work to our old house in the last 7 years, but Wyatt and his crew are by far one of our favorite contractors. They showed up early, worked late, and has a great work ethic. They took the time to properly prep the home, sparing no expense with masking and clean-up. They were energetic and positive, and were patient, kind, and funny to our family. Our home is multi-story with two garages, brick, stucco, and cement siding. Windows and doors were trimmed to perfection, and the home was pressure-washed before spraying to ensure good coverage.
